"I placed two orders this week. One for sheets & one for photos. The sheets & part of the photo order were supposed to arrive the same day - it did not happen. Spoke with customer service online & phone - neither were helpful. Items still not completed and it’s been 3 days. Plus my items were sent to two different stores to get the “same day” service. Walmart’s online service & their local in-house customer service have a long way to go to being professional & helpful. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received on these orders. There are plenty of companies out there who offer better service & faster than Walmart. I suggest Walmart steps up to the plate to even come close to Amazon & Shutterfly."
"I purchased 4 rechargeable batteries and the charger on Walmart on line shopping on Nov 14 2018, supposed to be received by Nov 28. A month and a half has pasted.They still never show up. I had tried to call and request a refund saying that they had sent request to the seller.The reality is I didn't get any respond and follow up at all.
I had also tried to email and contact Walmart online help. But was told they are unable to help as it belong to the Walmart Market Place seller.
This is really frustrating. Is this the type of service to be provided ? Should Walmart be responsible to allow this type of " WALMART ONLINE SHOPPING" service exist to grow ?"
"reviews are bogus. Many five star ratings are given as a result of admitted bonuses or as a prize they received for giving them. When you try to put in a 1 for a defective or terrible product it simply does not post. I have logged in and attempted to do so for a lousy bread maker and a set of the cheapest stainless steel kitchen set ever. Neither were accepted.

"I bought a desk for Christmas for my daughter. Finally got ready to put together and several pieces are broken. I am so frustrated now I have to wait for a new one to come in and be completely inconvenienced with having to ship a broken desk back. Nope cant take back to store which is absolutely ridiculous. Not Happy with customer care when it was shipped to their store and was broken along the way in their care. "
"Today was the last straw for me at Wal-Mart. Christmas items are suppose to be 50 percent off. I tried to watch what was being wrung up, but missed one. For a one dollar pack of Christmas cards that should have been fifty cents, they were wrung up for 3.98!!! This has happened before. I will no longer ever shop there again."

Took days to hear I will get it in a week
2) got email saying “ must be home for signature for Delivery on 12/28 1-5
I waited 12/29 too giving you benefit of the doubt.
3) never arrived. No communication
4) I called delivery service EFW
5) Elizabeth laughed and said
“ oh those are automated emails they don’t mean anything”
6) I asked to speak to a supervisor , she put me on hold for 10 minutes
7) I called back and spoke to “ Jessica”
The supervisor - she answered in a voice like she just crawled out of bed, “ helllllooo??”
8) I said, “ is this E FW? Her reply “ yes” I respond, oh it doesn’t seem like a professional way to answer a call , she responds. I didn’t expect a customer to be on the phone
9) I explain to her I just wasted 2 days of my life waiting for this delivery.
She said , I will get them to deliver it another time -
10) what ?? That is your response after me and my son waited for 2 days in the house over the holidays for a delivery that was promised for a 4 hour time frame in 12/28. "
"Ordered set of 4 tires over $1000. They did not arrive on time. I understand, its December. A week later I get an email asking for my review of my purchase. I had not received them yet and no status update either. I contacted them and they told me the order was lost and they didnt even know it. Offered nothing to remedy, not even quicker shipping to replace my lost order which they had already taken FULL payment for. Their "policy" will not let me leave a negative review on their website. Buyer beware! "
"Walmart damaged my truck when I took it in for tires to be installed. Not only did the damage truck they did not install new valve stems I paid for nor did they torque the lug nuts.. it has been many months and they still have not paid for the damage.. Go to a home town tire store because walmart thinks of customers just as a person that has money they want, NOT a person who should be treated with respect and fairness."

"I've been waiting on my son's tv just to find out it was damaged in the shopping process I had to purchase the tv all over again just to make sure he wld have a Xmas gift come Xmas they told me it wldnt be here until the 26th I see a commercial on tv saying if you purchase something on the 23rd your guaranteed to pick it up by 4pm on the 24th I called to see if my product fell under that category the representative had no idea what I was talkn abt and mind I repurchased my son's tv on the 22nd so I shld have be able to pick it up on the 24th and I asked for her to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor had no idea either walmart if your gonna have promotions like this you need to inform your employees and I had to tell the representative that I didn't wanna take my frustration out on her and she handled herself very well now thr telling me I'm not getting my product until the 28th now 3 different representatives told me 3 different things I have nvr been so aggravated with walmart like this in my life I love walmart and by the way the representative said they sent me a email saying it will be here by the 28th checked my spam folder all of my mail folders and that email is not thr now I have to my son it won't be here until the 28th I know one thing it will be a while b4 I order anything else off the walmart app u got your representatives lookn crazy bcuz they don't know the promotions u put on tv oh I forgot I asked if they had expedited shipping and the representative said she highly doubts if I get by Xmas eve ain't that the best customer service you ever had so sad I'm so over this **** it ain't even funny if I could give 0 stars I wld have bcuz they **** "
"Placed an online order for store pickup. Paid for the items and received a confirmation email that the items would be available after 12 the following day but to wait for an email. Well I was out and had to run in and pick up some other items and since it was after 12 check to see if the items were ready for pickup. I was told they were still processing and would notify me when they were ready. Shortly thereafter I receive an email stating that part of my order had been cancelled as the item was not in stock. It is the weekend before Christmas and the items were gifts for my children. I called customer service explained that I would have taken another color or went to another store for pickup but was not given the option. She stated money was refunded and that it was nothing she could do. I explained to her that yes it was refunded on her end but not to my account for several days if not longer due to the holiday. And if the item was not truly in stock at the store why authorize my card and then cancel. The conversation went nowhere and ordered again at another store via the customer service rep and guess what hours later the other store cancelled. So here it is 3 days before Christmas and Walmart has held up over $320 and I still have only a gift for one child. I will never shop Walmart.com again and will avoid going in the store whenever possible. Hello Target."
