"Order cancelled twice and the rep could not give a specific reason why. Finally got the order placed for a 70” Visio TV. ETA 12days??? On the 12th day I call the 3rd party shipping company, they have to call yet a 3rd company to confirm the item is in their posession to ship. I’m on day 14 and had to call back again, the Estes Forwarding shipping company still has no answers or ETA. Their only excuse was they only have 1 person working the dock and they are gone for the day??? Allied Walmart back and as expected all they can say is its on the way. The status has been on the way since 8 days ago. UNBELIEVABLE. I will NEVEEEEEER order ANYYYTHING from this company again. Shameful..."
"Yesterday I purchased a robot from Walmart.com and had a horrible experience from a CSR in Guatemala who told me in a nasty tone that I would most likely not get my robot by Christmas...10 days before and with 2 day shipping. I was panicked, and immediately cancelled my order. I found the robot for ten less dollars at a local store. After cancelling, my card was still showing money taken out of my account for the product I had cancelled within minutes of purchase. Two days later, the money is STILL not refunded to my card. I've been on the phone for two days straight trying to get my money. It is RIDICULOUS to have my card charged for an item that was immediately cancelled. OUTRAGEOUS to have to go through this nonsense before Christmas. They keep telling me the funds are on an authorization hold, but the bank says the money was taken out. I am furious and will NEVER shop Walmart online again!!!!! You have been warned. If you try and cancel your order, they will charge your card, act like it's no big deal to wait for product to ship, get it, request labels, take it to post office, and wait weeks for refund. Absolutely disgusting business practice. "
"Was told I had packages shipped to my door that were not there. Had to follow up several times. Called every week to follow up. They refunded my account. Packages then delivered weeks after. So I find myself calling to let them know I received the package and that they can reverse the refund. Which in all honestly I Should have got to keep.
Why is Canpar their shipping company saying they delivered the package when they did not. Don’t trust Walmart on line or canpar anymore. Taken a lot of my time and effort over several items purchased. "
"I bought some items on Nov 20th for Black Friday, and it stated that they have the items at the stores, when I pick the one close to home and did the checkout they give only the option to a store that was 10 miles away from home. When I arrived to pick up the items they said they where out of stock, that they will ship the items to that store that I have to wait until I received an e-mail to pick-up. The last item arrived on Dec 6th (more than 15 days after) but due to the distance to the store I was not able to pick-up the items right away, so "their policy" states that I only have 7 continuous days to pick-up otherwise they will start a return, and they did. Know I have to wait 5 business days for the return. They only answer they have is that's "our policy". So for them to ship the items took +15 days and for the return they have 5 Business days, but the customer has only 7 days to pick the item, they don't care if you are busy of live far from the store they choose to send you the items. I have talked to two managers (well supervisors since they don't have managers) and the only answer I have had is "That's Our Policy whether your like it or not". My advice Go Buy on Amazon!!!!! Walmart is the worst online store so far. "
"My order was supposed to be delivered to my local Walmart store on Friday, which surprise surprise it wasn't. Walmart sent me a notification saying that my order has been delayed. The unbelievable reason they have is that "item could not be delivered due to the store being closed". My Walmart is 24 hours and does not close. Now they are saying it is delayed until Monday. I called customer service and they were perfectly useless. How is it possible that my item could not be delivered?!?! This is not the first time having difficulties with Walmart.com shipping. Will not make the mistake of ordering from them again."
"Placed an order on 2 items online for pickup at the store. I had a family emergency and could not pick it up on time, so I cancelled the order. After 4 days they refunded 1 item but not the other one on the order. I sent a message to Customer Service on the morning of Dec 10th and they finally replied on the evening of Dec 13th. Apparently they could not handle looking in to the refund so it was escalated and then nothing. They do not respond to any request for a status on the ticket. Do yourself a favor and avoid online orders with Walmart. "

"I bought Xbox live cards on Walmart.com last year as Christmas gifts for my children. I have been emailing & calling customer service for months trying to get help with activating the cards. Each time I am told that they will take care of the problem. 6 months later I ask for a refund because problem was not taken care of & was obviously not ever going to be taken care of. Now Walmart is saying they're not going to activate the cards I purchased & I should blame Microsoft. It's Walmart's responsibility to activate the cards they sell! Not only have they taken my money but have disappointed 2 children in the process! Thank you Mr.Walmart-Scrooge"

"Bought a set of 4 tires on Oct. 27th. All four were defective. The company accepted a refund and the money was sent back to wal mart. It’s Dec. 12th and I still have not received any news or a refund after calling 4-6 times and being told it’s on the way. This past time I was told to wait for a confirmation email from a woman that could barely understand my problem as she didn’t understand English well. But she promised a refund. Now I call back and the guy tells me he has to call account, well guess what. after putting me on hold, he gets back to me and says they won’t answer the phone. This is an $850 order. Pathetic, do not do business with wal mart online. Do it in person so you can haggle them like they do you. "
"The Pick up tower broke and instead on common sense, we had to wait. Corporate said we had to call people to come fix it..Fine. But it took Associates, CSMs, Managers, n ASMs, to figure out that while we were waiting to go ahead and get items for customers. We wanted a tree, a thing of ornaments and 2boxes of lights. We got that plus 10 workers. LoL.. It just took common sense to realize that you could talk to The maintenance people AND go get the items that people needed for pick up."
"I had another shop inspect my husbands truck according to the requests of the Walmart claims department. We had to have the truck towed because the engine is completely destroyed by having too much oil in it. Currently my husbands truck is still sitting at this shop as we have no way of paying for the tow or inspection. The claims department said if they were liable they were going to cover these expenses. As the previous shop said, the truck had entirely too much oil in it from the oil change Walmart did. The claims department contact, Melba, called me a week after the inspection was sent and she rudely told me that there was no way my husband drove his truck for so many miles with so much oil in it without the engine blowing sooner. She cut me off abruptly every time I tried to speak and proceeded to tell me that she was denying our claim and Walmart would not be replacing the damages. She also said she would be happy to send my attorney a denial as well. I told her to have a good day, In Jesus Name. What they are doing to us is not right. Not one but two different shops have looked at my husbands truck and have confirmed that they put too much oil in it and it caused engine failure. Share this until cooperate sees it!! Walmart needs to fix my husbands truck!! My husband just got this vehicle in September 2016. It was his 1st vehicle ever. Nobody deserves for this to happen to them and Walmart needs to stand up for their actions and fix their mistake."
"I've actually had very good experiences buying directly from walmart. Whether sent to house or in-store pickup, it went fine. And returns can be taken to physical store. But their Marketplace is not ready for primetime. Returns are a nightmare, often with ridiculous restocking & returns fees. And you cannot leave a review for a seller until they send you a link weeks after the purchase (wtf !!). So I will have to take time out to log in again to leave a scathing review for another incompetent seller. If walmart really wants to grow their marketplace and even walk in Amazon's shadow, they should back up their marketplace to sellers by offering returns to their stores and then they deal with the return process with their bush-league sellers. This time I bought Xmas lights from a seller and they got just about everything wrong they could: shape did not match image or description (completely different), quantity of total lights was wrong, color should have been multi but was all green. It's like the seller thought "these are Xmas lights, close enough..., and shipped it". "
