Don’t order offline

"I order an item off Walmart.com and I was supposed to receive my order on December 4th now it’s the 9th and still no order... I called them twice and both times the hung up on me... I am so furious and I will never order anything off of Walmart.com"

Could be better

"Now I don't typically write reviews, but I'm rather annoyed with my time being wasted. I supposedly had guaranteed shipping my 12/8. I've kept an eye on purchase and I try to make sure that I'm home when I have deliveries either way I've been waiting and all of a sudden today 12/6 my package delivery date is 12/11. This is a very inconvenient time of year to be inconsistent with delivery."

The Worse

"I will never use this site ever again. And if you dont want a bad experience do not order. It is a very high risk of your order being delayed. Them taking your money without you picking up your item. Them cancelling it out everything is just so you have them to draft money out of your account so when the item is available they will ship it and take the money out of your account. Please do. Not use this Site!!!!"

Item broken during shipping, twice

"Ordered an item for my wife for Christmas. Item is ceramic. Genius that packed the box only put bubble wrap on the top of the item so it was delivered in pieces. Returned item, reordered same thing. 1 month later, received, in pieces because same genius packed with inadequate bubblewrap, again. Will never order from Walmart online again. Never had this happen from Amazon, ever. "

Online shopping misleading

"Wanted to order 1 thing online for home delivery. The website said spend a total of $35 and get free 2 day shipping. So I spent some extra money expecting to have the items reasonably quickly. Updated today that the expected delivery date is 12 days from my order date!!! Customer service explained that it’s 2 days once it’s shipped ...it apparently can take 10 days to put it in a box!!! Read their misleading 2 day shipping policy carefully

Sent incorrect item

"I ordered 4 tires off of Walmart.com and had them shipped to my local store for pickup. After waiting for a week and a half to get an appointment to have them put on I'm informed Walmart.com sent one incorrect tire. Then the tech there proceeds to tell me he will return and exhange for me... Which seemed sketchy so I called walmart customer service number and sure enough he couldn't do that. So I call and am on the phone for 45 mins just for them to finally say they can send me the correct tire. "

Name change .com to .bom horrible, horrible experience

"Absolutely the worst.com experience EVER!
Six elementary errors were/are made with my online order.
Placed order on last Friday,
1.received an email stating the order had arrived on 11-30-18. Never happened
2. Revived another email stating it arrived this morning12-1. Never happened
3. Tried to track it, with my phone # and sales order number; gave me a message that “could not track at this time try later”.
Tried all morning, same results.
4. Never received actual tracking number.
5. Called the 800 for.com twice. First spoke with CSR Robin, was told it never shipped, and she said she saw two other “notices” that said it would arrive on 12-4 then she said the other notice states it would arrive on 12-5.
6. Never got a notification that it was back ordered.
7. Ask to speak to a supervisor to inform him/her of the invalid/incorrect information that is being sent out to their customers. I was told one would call me back today 12-1, in 30min.
7. After an hour of waiting, no call.
Called, in and asked for a manager, after a bit of a wait, I spoke with Jamie.
8. Refused to send me follow up correspondence to assure me she had sent my issues to the correct area in the coporate office that would be responsible for the miscommunication being sent out to their customers.
I’m sure, I am not the only customer experiencing this type of service.
9. She quoted policy to me concerning customers should be informed when their orders are back ordered,( this is not the total issue).
I , as a customer know that, I wanted assurances that my experience was being taken seriously. She left me more frustrated by her nonchalant attitude in regards to my unacceptable purchasing experience on Walmart.com. Unfortunately, I do not think I will hear anything back. I’m not important to them, the biggest company in the world.

Walmart never cares about company reputation! The worst online shoppiing experience ever!

"I ordered PS4 on 22nd Nov 2018. Item showed that it was shipped on 28th Nov and would be delivered by 30thNov. On 30th Nov, afternoon I followed up with walmart customer care and thier agent said that item is with Fedex and they would be delivering by 30thNov. Called up Fedex just after that because Fedex tracking just displayed that 'shipping label has been created and tracking info would be available once item starts moving'. The Fedex customer care said that item was not dropped by walmart to be delivered but just the label was created. Called back walmart customer care again on 30th and I was given a different story. The walmart agent said that item went out of stock, so it was not shipped. But it would be shipped soon and next delivery date would be 7th Dec2018. On 1December, I called up Walmart customer care regarding the tracking and the agent said that the item was shipped and was in transit. The Fedex lost it! I am shocked by the different stories Walmart is coming up with to cover it's own fault. Does it not really care about the reputational value that Walmart has. They are just trying to pass on the blame to the carrier and all! This is so shocking and I have escalated this to the higher management and no response yet! Seriously, Walmart you have broken the trust-worthiness! "

Disappointing

"We ordered a powerwheels for our boy. My gf chose a day for it to be delivered that he was in school, a weekday so that he didnt see it cuz hes been asking for this item for a while now Today is a SATURDAY and not the 4th of December like we requested on the order. Kids dont go to school on Saturdays. The idiots delivered the item today in the box right at the door; we never expected it to show up. No call no text nothing to warn as that they would deliver it early and NOT the 4th like we requested. Today is the 1st. Well theres a small knock on the door and the guy leaves it at the door big as day sitting there; the kid looks out the window and sees the powerwheels car on the box. So much for surprising him on Christmas day and having him think Santa gave it to him cuz he was doing so well in school Just unbelievable I cant even find the words Im so ****. If the guy was standing here in front of me Id probably knock him out cold, just deck him with a right cross. UNREAL. Pathetic delivery service bar none."

LIARS AND THIEFS

"I purchased a TV on 11/22 from Walmart.com. The charge for hit my account as pending immediately. I wasn’t suppose to get the TV until 12/4 which was fine because it was a Christmas present for my daughter. On 11/30 Walmart.com charged me a second time for the same TV, leaving me $13 to live off of. I called and told them what happened, the looked up my account and confirmed they had charged me twice but they couldn’t process the refund without returning the TV. And I couldn’t get that TV for the Black Friday price after I returned it. Obviously I had to give up my daughters Christmas present in order to feed her until I got paid. The assure me the transaction was immediate and I should see both credits that day, 11/30, and even went as far as to give me a bank authorization code to have my bank look for. I talked to my bank multiple times that day, and they never saw the transaction. This happened on a Friday... banks closed Saturday and Sunday. I called them again on 12/1, spoke with a different representative and was told there’s no way to guarantee an immediate transaction and it could take up to two billing cycles to see my refunds... Being a single mom with no family to turn to I had to pawn my dead grandmothers jewelry to feed my daughter until I get paid again. And Walmart’s response was “we’re sorry for the inconvenience”!!! The inconvenience??? Really??? Inconvenience??? What if I didn’t have jewelry to pawn? Thanks Walmart, I’ll be finding a lawyer first thing Monday morning. I’ve lost more than you can ever replace. This is far beyond an inconvenience. "

Terrible Online Service

"I’ve never once had an issue with shopping online until my Walmart.com experience. I placed an order on Black Friday and the order canceled due to “verification issues” when the card is under my name and billing address is the shipping address. All accurate, like every other online order I’ve ever placed. So I called and had spoke to a supervisor about the issue and they told me it’s because I spent $250 without making an account (I checked out as a guest). So I placed a second order through my new Walmart account. Canceled again. I call and ask why it canceled and they told me it’s because I didn’t fully spell out “Drive” for the address (I put Dr.). So I spell out my whole street name with “Drive” like they suggested, which I’ve never had a problem with before. So I order again and the delivery date is today, 11/29/2018. The order never shipped even though it was 2-day shipping and I called every day after I placed the order asking if everything was going through. Each SUPERVISOR I spoke to told me it was going through. Today is the day I was supposed to receive the TV and it never shipped out. I called and they said they’re still verifying the order and there’s nothing they can do after I was on the phone for over an hour talking to a supervisor, the “customer relations department” and apparently the “verification department” and they told me to wait a couple days. Meanwhile I was promised by supervisors my order would arrive today after the problems with my past 2 orders. WALMART ****."

"I brought a item far Walmart.com, I didn’t receive on the day it was supposed to be arrive. I called Walmart.com service team. They answer to this issue is for me to wait, it will arrive someday. So I call the Fedex to find out that they have not receive my item fromWalmart.com."
