Never again

"If I could give this a negative star I would. I ordered a bedding set based on the picture online. When it arrived it wasnt what I was expecting. Only the comforter was wrong. Not the rest of the 20pc bed set. So I called customer service and spoke to Jolene. I explained only the comforter was wrong the rest was ok. She wanted me to return the whole set. I expressed that it didnt make sense to return the whole 20pc set when only one thing was wrong and after leaving me in silent limbo twoce where I had to make sure she was even still on the line she said all she would do was send me a return label for the whole set and if I didnt return in 30 days I would be charged AGAIN! I asked her for the 3rd time why i would have to return everything when only ONE THING was wrong and why should I have to wait multiple weeks to return and get a whole replacement when only the comforter is wrong at which time she says 'I'm choosing to terminate this call you have a happy holiday'. **** you Walmart and your 'customer service' I will NEVER purchase from you again."

Employees that don’t want to help

"My boyfriend and I bought his dad a 65 inch tv on Walmart.com for in store pick up. When we got there and finally found someone to help us, he dropped the tv off and ran away, didn’t offer to help us or ask if we needed help. We got the tv home and the screen was busted. I called customer service trying to get one shipped to the store so we could just sweep it she said there was nothing she can do and basically told us we’re out of luck. We took the tv back to the store and every employee was giving us the run around saying someone else has to help. We asked them to order another one for us and they said they can only give us our money back so we took that and bought one at Best Buy where the employees were a lot more helpful and caring. Done with Walmart."

Couldn’t choose “0” stars

"The absolute most worst experience! Don’t ever order online! Ordered an item online after seeing it in the store same day. (I’m in a wheelchair and couldn’t carry it). Was supposed to be shipped by Dec 19th. On the phone now (Dec 22nd) and apparently they cancelled the order with no notification. Told me the item was out of stock. Saying “first come, first served”. When I said that it was in stock when I ordered it, the **** the phone laughed. They offered 10% discount off the same item only and said it may be in stock come February. That’s when I laughed and said I’ll never deal with Walmart again.
The online ordering is a joke. The customer service is a joke. I will pay more and order from Amazon from now on.

I would give a zero if possible

"I placed an online order for the closest store. They had my order delivered to another store, but to top it off some of my items weren’t available so they canceled them! Had to call CS and place a new order for a completely different store, out of my way and super inconvenient. Picked up my foot spa along with other items but Went to take the foot spa out to of the box towrap and it’s a Grave Digger monster truck!!! Great! Fanfreckintasic!! Called Walmart.com -we can send you a label and YOU can drop it off... um, No! Okay, we can have someone pick it up, great. The item you originally ordered should be ready by the 27th! Your bullshi****** right, I placed this order well in advance so I would have it for Christmas. Now I’m stuck trying to figure out how much water a Grave Digger monster holds and can you soak your feet!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM WALMART!!!!"

"I use Walmarts retail stores frequently, which I'm happy with. But God forbit, don't use their 3rd party online Markey Stores. If you get scammed, report it to your financial institution as fraud. Walmart needs to weed these people out."

Awful customer service

"My mom ordered a beanbag chair on Dec 12th. I looked up the tracking last night and it showed only a shipping label had been created. So she called customer service who proceeds to tell my mom that the order has been lost. My mom asked if they could just send another one and they tell her they are out of stock and they can refund her. My mom asks if they can just order a different color (they’re the same price) and instead they tell her she has to reorder the chair at the price it is now which has doubled. She ended up ordering one off amazon instead. So here’s to you Walmart! "

Wont even track

"I ordered a air hockey table well in advance for my kids for Christmas..I go to get it off the truck (they didn't even want to take it off cause the box was destroyed) & parts that had fell out were busted. (WHY Ship anything that looks like that) So they order me a replacement..I hear nothing for a couple days so I call, keep calling finally figure out it's a different shipper..The EFW shippers and they wont answer the phone.MY Tracking says the same thing for 4 days....Finally someone at Walmart gets one on the phone says he will have someone call me..NOPE...Today they wont even answer for Walmart customer service..I have NEVER had this trouble with anything from Amazon..I'm done.."

Do NOT order online through WalMart

"1-800-WALMART for anyone reading this. That is their customer service number. I will not ever order online with Walmart again! I received all items but one, so I called walmart customer service. Lady told me it would arrive by Saturday. I get an email right after that saying Im being refunded. I call them back. I was told I am being refunded because my item was lost in transit and I had to reorder it(5 days before Christmas). No! I will not reorder. I will order it through Amazon with 2 day shipping. I dont need my money back. I need my item I ordered for my son for Christmas. Walmart shouldve ordered another one and had it expedited to me since they lost it. Taking the easy way out and refunding my money is not an acceptable fix. You have ruined my sons Christmas.... or tried to... I will get this item on Amazon and save the day. Amazon knows how to deliver.... WalMart does not deliver! I will not EVER go through WalMart again. The money is not back in my account yet either! "

Don't even think of trying to cancel an order

"Changed mind about an order placed less than an hour before after finding it could arrive a week sooner at the same price from Amazon. Started a chat with Walmart.com who promised the item that was being shipped by another vendor would be cancelled. Short version, the vendor ignored instructions and shipped anyway, and a return via Walmart would assess 35% of its cost in restocking and return shipping fees. Vendor says to refuse delivery which is arriving by US Mail, like that would work. Bottom line, stay away from Walmart.com."

ABSOLUTE Xmas Nightmare, COMPLETE Waste of Time

"Totally screwed me right before Xmas as I had faith in WalMarts ability to get my order, as it cancelled my order 7times for No Reason, while speaking with WalMart reps not understanding Why my orders were cancelled. Because WalMart wasted two days of my time, I can Not order from anywhere else to get shipping before Xmas now, and still No Order.. TOTALLY Screwed me for Xmas, literally having me in tears from the stress, without Xmas presents for my kids, and No compensation.. Ruining my Xmas Spirit from massive stress, and complete insanity..
I was promised percentage off for the total hassle, but can’t get money off from an order that can’t be completed..
BEWARE- DO NOT Trust them with your families Xmas presents..

Zero quality control, false advertising

"Returns aren't easy and free as advertised. If you buy something sold by a third party seller, you can't return it to the store and Walmart won't process a return/refund. You have to go through the seller. This is not disclosed on the website.

I received defective merchandise. When I went to the website to process a return/refund, the website errored out when trying to create a return label. I called the 800# (which is not listed on their website, by the way) and reached their customer service dept, asking them to send me a return label. Well, it turns out that the product I bought was sold by a 3rd party seller so now I am stuck waiting for them to respond. Also, the items can't be returned to a store.

The CSR I reached had such a heavy accent he was hard to understand.

This is shameful behavior by a company with such ample resources.

"I bought a Broyhill cooler mattress topper which didn’t match description when I received. I returned it November 10/2018. Now , December 18/2018 ... Still don’t get the credit back on my account and they are charging me Interes and others fee on my account on a balance that was already paid for the item in discussion ."

Missing items and bad replacement experience!

"I placed a online order and they missing one of the music guide book witch shows online should have it with the Ukelele Makala . Called customer service they told me I need make a replacement so they could send me the book. I told them everything else is ok I don’t need replacement. Anyway I agree to do the replacement . But they replaced package missing book and a wipe cloth . More than the first package. Witch is not the worse part. After couple days still no people pick up the old packages. Then I called customers service. They promised there will be a pick up for me tomorrow and no body pick up the old box. At end today I called fedex to set up a pick up. Hope tomorrow they ship the trouble back never trust or will buy anything from Walmart.com no more!"
