"If Amazon rated as 10, then Walmart online store deserves -10. I have order 6 pillows, after two weeks while my order was finally ready to be picked up, all I got was just 1 pillow... And the store staff said this was all they had! The other 5 pillows are missing and they knew nothing and could do nothing... Physical store seemed did not communicate and deal with online order at any level, so they could do nothing for me. I called customer service and all they said its wait... What?! Wait? How long? What was next step? They could not answer rather than be patient and wait... For this reason, I shop again on Amazon and got my things the other day... I will not give up until I found out what happen to my order and consumers like me..."
"I ordered a chicken house that was to be delivered to my home. During shipping it was damaged. I called Walmart to discuss this issue. Customer Service Representatives could not have been nicer. They went the extra mile to try to get the company who supplied this product to address this situation positively. After three weeks of unsuccessful progress, Walmart.com insisted I accept a full refund of the product and keep the damaged one also. I can only say, I wish all companies respected their customers the way Walmart apparently does."
"Just 5 minutes after placing an order on this website I requested cancellation. 3 days later the item shows up anyways. If this was a one time occurrence I wouldnt be worried but this has happened more than once. I know when I cancel an order on amazon.com that I have at least 60 minutes to cancel it successfully. In this case I didnt even get an email informing me the order couldnt be canceled so I could refuse delivery. This is an unacceptable level of service for walmart and should be fixed right away."
"My wife was at the self checkout and upon finishing she loaded her purchased items in cart. She had asked for $100.at checkout and forgot to take it. Manager stated they were not responsible for cash loss and should call police. They were called and took report of theft. The officer asked the manager to see video and after waiting as I was not allowed to view video, the officer returned stating Walmart did not have their cameras aligned correctly and could not see suspect. The manager acted as she could care less. Many calls to corporate resulted having us wait 3 days and would we contacted. This resulted in corporate “ passing the buck “ to the store manager who called gave the same story. I recalled corporate and I was told that Connie would look into it and get back to me. No calls. To discourage you they put you on hold for 40 minutes or more. A great company. Stay away !!!

"All they do is pass the buck back to the customer to do the leg work of tracking orders. No one knows what is going on. No one cares to find out. I ordered a photo blanket on 05/09/18 for Mother's Day. Here is is on 05/21/18 and STILL there is no blanket. The order status says just shipped and I was told to call the store. I called the store and there were many disconnects. I finally got someone in photo and there was no order there. After several online chats and phone called I finally gave up and asked for a refund. Wal-mart online ****!"
"Walmart.com is a very good place to purchase from if you live way out in the country and do not have any shopping facilities available locally I advise anyone not to place an order on a Friday or The Weeknd. they have very good prices on 99% of their products. Only wish that all of their products where are available on walmart.com for shipment to my home they do a very good job on the shipping and packing and they're shipping carrier FedEx does a very good job also very courteous drivers and very good on time deliveries. "I purchased a box of six baby cereal and paid for it online to receive only 1 box (after paying for a price of 6) I contacted their customer service and they insisted I return it and they will send the correct package with (6 boxes) I had to go to usps with little kids and returned the wrong package only to receive another package with only 1 box .... went to Walmart along with my kids( this is why I buy online so I don’t make errands) trying to return the package, they said the box has no order number if I return they will give me a refund for only 1 box while I actually paid for 6. They say Walmart.com is a different entity than the store. Add to the story the Walmart staff who are always unhappy, frustrated and typically hating all customers .... I see no reason to torture myself meeting anyone who works there. Thank you "

When I tried to return them at Walmart, i was told I have to deal with we the people the seller. Walmart takes no responsibility for the sale. Shopping it back to Jersey was $53 and the items cast was $64. So ****, never again. Don’t place an order without really checking the details, just drive to the store instead of ordering from we the people!"

I have received 4 separate email confirmations, for parts of my order coming from 4 different locations. The expected delivery date is Thursday and Friday. This is definitely not 2 days. I did need a few of the items so I guess I will have to go out and purchase them. So my advise is to stick with Amazon.com. "
"I placed an order on Walmart.com for a purchase from a vendor named Bargain Mall. While my order arrived in very impressive time with great presentation, the item failed in the second hour of use because it was defective in design or construction. What I encountered from Bargain Mall was third world customer service nicely groomed to ask for pictures and video to discourage me from expecting Bargain Mall or Walmart.com to accept responsibility. This raises the question about the advantage about being able to take advantage of the highly touted Walmart.com e-commerce platform. If Walmart.com wants to make money by offering no membership fee sales to the public, should't their vendors be more closely vetted? Would I have been better off paying an annual membership fee to Amazon.com to shop vendors on their e-commerce platform? Lost more money on one order alone on Walmart.com to cover annual fee on Amazon.com.........Hmmm. Let's think about this."
