"My wife ordered a doll for my daughter and paid $2.00 extra dollars to have this item shipped expedited. Well we never received this doll and customer service at Walmart tells us they lost our order. This is the second time in a row this happened! I ordered an item 3 years ago and when I called to let them know I have not received my item they told me the ship date has been extended and gave me a new date. Well the day came when I should’ve received this item and still nothing! Called Wallymart again and they gave me a new date?! Day came and no item I finally cancelled my order. Now my wife has the same issue and will no longer shop for ANYTHING at Walmart! Target gets our business locally they have way better customer service and as far as online shopping.....Amazon gets our business!"

"So I make sure I never order products from Walmart that I need right away because I've learned from past experience that 2 day shipping with Walmart is never actually 2 days. Unfortunately the first time was horrible, it was a product that I did need quickly for my disabled father, and not only did it not arrive in 2 days but Walmart failed to ship it at all, and also failed to notice they didn't ship it. Ever since I try to limit my online ordering from Walmart as much as possible but there's been a couple times a deal was too good to pass up when price comparing through other sites (mostly phones). I make sure it's never an item I need desperately because in the half a dozen times I've ordered from them I have never, ever gotten an item within 2 business days of it shipping. This time I noticed they used UPS ground and took a closer look. For those that aren't aware UPS ground is UPS's "cost effective" shipping that guarantees arrival in 1-5 business days. UPS's 2 day shipping is 2 day air and if Walmart was really guaranteeing 2 day shipping this is what it would use."

"Purchased a gun safe that weighs approx 150 pounds from Walmart. Shipped fedex ground, arrived ok, box damaged by cabinet seemed ok. When I removed the box to access the item I discovered it has no assembly instructions for the shelving and most importantly no key to open it. Great purchase, I cannot open it to use it. Called Walmart and they say they cannot get a replacement key, so I say cancel, they say it must be in its box to return it. I ask how do you boxup a 150 pou dgu. Safe, they say it’s my problem. They’re right. I’ll call my credit card c0mpany nd. Lock the sale as they’ve charged me for an incomplete shipment."
"Do not buy anything from Walmart! ......I've had to return several products of late because they sell fake products. Stay away from their cosmetics for sure...especially high end...they are trying to mimick products using crap ingredients and toxins and rat droppings.... so as you might guess they have MANY lawsuits filed against them....but don't take my word for it look it up. They claim they don't know they are selling defective products which is BS....Sam Walmart must be rolling over in his grave."
"Will never, ever, purchase a 'white glove freight' delivery item again. On May 27th, purchased a Sealy mattress- to be delivered on June 5th. That day came and went- no communication from Delivery Company- Called WMT customer service- the freight company was to 'deliver' the following week. The delivery company called me during the window of delivery and said 'unable to deliver today'. I've had it! Guest were in last week (without a 'bed')- this week I'm out of town. Reliability is critical to my world of order. I'm heading back to Macy's.com , Amazon & Overstock

"My sister-in-law purchased 3 bikes on May 24th, for her triplets as a birthday gift. They were scheduled to be delivered on June 1st. 2 of the 3 bikes got delivered on 5/31; but the 3rd never showed up. She called on the 1st to check about the location and all they said was "sorry." We called on June 4th AGAIN to see what was going on with the last bike they told us that it would be here no earlier than the 11th. The bike showed up late last night, so when the last bike got to be used, one of the pedals was broken into 3 pieces. My mother-in-law called this morning to see what they could do about replacing the pedal and the supervisor for Wal-Mart.com customer service was extremely rude and was being extremely unreasonable. He didn't want to hep at all. All they were wanting to do is give a 10% discount on the replacement and before the replacement got there they wanted to come get the broken bike. They also wanted to charge for the replacement bike."
"Horrible experience. I purchased item through walmart.com. item was damaged. I tried to return and now they are saying it is a third party item and won't take returns. Called vendor only answering machine picks and answers in chinese. Now they won't take the returns. Called walmart support and customer service was horrible. Refused to work and said to call vendor directly. Never buying anything from walmart.com again. If walmart is selling third party item through walmart.com. they should accept the responsibility."
"I ordered vitamins to be picked up at my local Walmart store. I got an email shortly thereafter saying my order was ready for pick-up. The Walmart website said the same. I went to the store and buzzed for attendance at the pick-up center. After 10 minutes when nobody came , I had to search the store for a manager. She told me the order wouldn’t be ready for at least a week. I called customer service and entered and confirmed the order number. The rep eventually came on line and said the system didn’t have the number and I had to repeat it. I then told her what happened and asked that the order be shipped free of charge. She said the only thing she could do was cancel the order. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and after half an hour I hung up.
I then used Walmart’s chat feature to try to resolve the issue. The rep agreed to my request, but said he couldn’t actually fix it. Instead he gave me an incident number and told me to call customer service. I called customer service and the agent said she could not find the incident number and could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor who finally agreed to ship the vitamins free of charge. I then asked to be compensated for all my time and trouble. He refused.
Walmart advertises their wonderful online service and wants to compete with Amazon. If my experience is any guide, they have a lot of work to do.

"Do not deal with Walmart Online shopping and Sameday Worldwide shipping. We ordered a shed on April 20, 2018 and received it 3 weeks late because Sameday lost it somehow and it finally showed up damaged and parts missing. Walmarts customer service is a joke. You end up talking to somebody in some offshore company about your problem and they say they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. No one ever calls back. We went through that experience at least 6 times. We got the the same response from Sameday shipping. We will look into it and call you back. They never do!! After 7 weeks of a zillion phone calls, and threating them that we were going to a lawyer and calling the media, did we finally get some action. In the meantime, after about 6 weeks of total frustration, we called the shed manufacturer, Lifetime Products in Ogden, Utah and explained our dilemma with customer service at Walmart. They apologized for the way that we had been treated, and agreed to send us all the missing and damaged parts at no charge, plus prepaid all the shipping costs. We had all our parts 3 days later and the shed is now assembled and we love it. So hats off, and a big thank you to Lifetime Products. We will never, ever and I mean ever, order anything on-line from Walmart. Wish we would have read all these other reviews before we ordered our shed because we are not alone dealing with these ...holes!!! And by the way, Walmart just sent us 10% e-voucher discount for the next time we order something on-line. Take that voucher and please put it where the sun doesn't shine. "
"So I just got off the phone for the 6 or 7 time with walmart.com. I requested a cancellation of 2 items on June 7th. The first was immediately cancelled, the second one has yet to be cancelled. The agents words were that it is "stuck" in cancellation. I was told it would take up to 48 hours, we here we are over 48 and still holding my money. Now I'm being told another 3 days. I asked for a supervisor but one never picked up."
"Ordered a pool and shipped to a MI store. Item got delivered to store then item gets stuck in limbo because they "don't know what truck it came on or when it will be scanned in". I was basically told "sorry when it shows up in the system , you will get notified at that point." So we sit and wait and they already charged us over 300.00. Very poorly run operation, so disorganized! You end up talking to employees that obviously have no clue how their "system" works either, and this compounds the frustration. Will NEVER order from them online again "
