"I ordered a package from walmart.com, a 50 inch tv. The package was left on my porch and stolen. I spoke to the customer service department and they were absolutely NOT helpful. The supervisor Norma informed me that I had to go out of my way to fill out a police report for further assistance.....I will NEVER shop at walmart again. The experience was horrible. Now on top of me spending more money on a Mother's Day gift because I didnt recieve my package, I have to take extra time to go to the police report so my issue can be resolved. "
"Made order on walmart.com, was supposed to arrive within few days, got shipping notice by Fedex, week later no movement on the tracking. Asked them what was going on, they said they run out of stock. So what was that tracking then?! Instead of telling me right away they let me wait for a week. Then they refunded the payment and asked me to make alternative purchase and so I did. Instead of a compost tumbler I received garden bed. Totally different product. Only remedy offered was again the refund. I wasted 2 weeks waiting and 2hrs driving to Walmart and dealing with their bs."

"Made a purchase online which seemed to have been removed from my bank acct. that day. A week later I spot a transaction on a different date in a different amount. I call Walmart, I chat with the online person. No, you only have the one purchase with is in the familiar amount. I have to call my bank, close my acct., make a claim. But where's the origional purchase that appeared? It's gone. Another unknown amount taken out two days later, both unknown amounts adding up to the origional purchase. I have to undo everything with my bank. What did I learn? Never buy anything from Walmart on one. To put in a temporary payment only to whenever later take out again in unfamiliar amounts split up over a few days will make a customer think there could be fraudulent charges. No one ever knows what's going on, it's really incinvieniant. I did find some small print later about a "hold", but I've never had an online purchasing experience like this with any other business. It's not worth it."
"I placed an online order on May 5, 2018 for delivery on May 11, 2018. The order was an Air Conditioner unit and it was for mothers day. I took the day off work to be home since the package requires a signature. At the end of the day when I checked the status because it had not been delivered, I was told that it is now scheduled for Monday, May 14, 2018!!!! This is UNEXCEPTABLE. Now I cannot take another day off, Mother's Day is ruined, and WALMART REFUSED TO COMPENSATE ME for the time I took off work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"In Walmart's attempt to compete with Amazon, they fail to understand one core value: Consumers want the 2 day shipping that is promised at checkout. Understand, there are other options. When we pull our plastic out to pay, it's because all the items and TERMS stated at the beginning of the process, are to our complete satisfaction. I have come to learn, Walmart will do what they please, when they please with your order anyway. They'll ship it when they're good and ready - and your 12 items in one order will be divided into 6 different shipments coming from all corners of the country/various fulfillment centers. Yep, even if it's a single item weighing 8oz, they'll ship it from California to Florida, and other items in the same order, from the fulfillment center one state over. The items with the longest distance to travel, NEVER make it on time. I am so done with Walmart and their false advertising. After repeated experiences like this, I have finally had enough to go go back to Amazon and subscribe to Prime. YOU'RE LOSING this game, Walmart. Get it together! "

It took almost 2wks to arrive from its original date. One week later, an email sent saying return to Sender, package damaged.
A week later, the box came. To my surprise, the box was ALL WET. Clorox were drained from a bottle. Yes, one of the bottles were emptied. A pack of 5 Air-wick refills was also opened.
I thought I order online just to avoid the crowd and the long wait at the check out line. But this is far worse than I expected. I should have tried Target instead...
Do not use their delivery service!"

"Brought a garage door opener from Walmart.com and found out it did not work with my current Garage door. Tried to return it to the local shop and was told this item was sold by marketplace. Called their customer services and they forward my email to the seller. It was never mentioned anything about marketplace when I made the purchase. It turned out if I have to return this item to the seller. I have to pay the shipping + $5 admin cost + 10% restocking fee + the price difference. The item costs only $14, and I have to more than that to return it. What a scam. Never shop in Walmart online again. Never had any problem returning items to amazon"
"I ordered a patio rug online on 4/27/18. I received a message stating that it would be delivered by 5/7 and that I would be notified when it was shipped. I received no alert about shipping and 5/7 came and went with no delivery. I went online and spoke with an agent who checked on the order and told me it was "stuck in limbo" due to a communications problem between two departments and who offered to "escalate" the order. He was apparently not a native English speaker so I didn't ask for a clearer explanation. Shortly afterward I received a notice that the order had been cancelled. Amazon sure doesn't have to worry about competition from Walmart."
