I have not received any item I’ve ordered in 2 days.

"I was suppose to get item on Tuesday it is now Friday and now it says it will be delivered tomorrow. So happens I’ll be gong camping for four days starting tomorrow. Very frustrating and they don’t own up to it like amazon."

Wal Mart dropping to new LOW.

"WalMart never was my favorite place to shop, but I did buy there once or twice a month. NEVER AGAIN, after seeing that Walmart is now promoting the impeachment of President Trump. I am a small business owner and will be letting my employees know that I am boycotting and expect them and their families to do the same. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, MAKE WALMART BROKE FOREVER with their liberal views!!!!!!!!!!

Unreal...

"Unreal...save yourself the trouble and don't ord.er from Walmart especially if the product is from Homesquare Orders never arrive, hassle to try and get your money back and Walmart doesn't do anything to help! Worst experience ever! I ordered product mid June, order didn't arrive as expected and although a received a call from the delivery company, they never showed. What a waste of time! No sofa and still on hold for Walmart to do something about it. Going to contact BBB and credit card company for fraud! "

"So I had bought a $25.00 screen protector and I had fell earlier today and saw the bottom of my phone cracked and I thought it was my protector so I took it off to find that my actually phone is cracked. So UPGRADE YOUR **** **** OR GET SUED HELL !!!"

"Ordered an AC from Walmart.com and the AC didnt have a remote so we called and they sent us a new AC to remove the little remote and send back. If they dint get it back theu will charge me 500 dollars. I found this to be insane instead of just doing it themselves and just sending the remote. Once we removed the straps the bottom comes apart and we have no means to put straps on a 150 pound AC so we try to tape it and the tape dont hold so we add more tape and now we pray it will stay for fedex. "

What does "2-day shipping" mean exactly???

"I received an email notification from Walmart.com on the 23rd saying my items were shipped. It's now the 26th and I have received NONE of my order. I even received an email notification today stating that one of the items in my order was actually delivered (it was not). After contacting Customer Care, the only explanation received in the late shipment was that the carrier had unexpected "inconveniences" on the way. As for the item that was reported delivered, I was reassured the item was in transit and would arrive along with the rest of the order. As of now, my order *should* be delivered by the 28th...NOT 2-day shipping.

Personally, I fully appreciate the free delivery and would probably still continue to use Walmart.com online ordering if 1) they would NOT use false advertising and promise a 2-day delivery service that they cannot fulfill, and 2) the tracking information and notifications were accurate. I explained to the customer care rep that when Walmart sends an inaccurate notification and tracking showing that a package has been delivered, they are then wrongfully diverting responsibility to the carrier, OR the customer might even think the package was stolen. It doesn't do your customers any good promising "free 2-day shipping" for the sake of competing with Amazon Prime when you can't actually provide 2-day shipping - from the looks of all these recent complaints, this is a very common issue.

"I purchased a product that was provided by a partner, not by Walmart themselves. The product title was misleading and I ended up returning it but they only refunded 80% and I has to pay return shipping."

Never Buy large electronic items online!!!!

"I decided to purchase a Haier Chest freezer. It was deleivered by Fedex and left on the sidewalk (The agent didn’t even bother to leave the item inside the gate or at least knock to see who’s home to receive the item). I brought the large box inside only to find sivere damage on the bottom of the freezer to a point where it wasn’t acceptable. I reach out to Walmart to notify them, they initially say “you have to bring it back to the store”. I told the lady I purchased this online because I couldn’t go to the store. She eventually said she’s going to authorize Fedex to pick up my item. The whole process was a mess with Fedex. It took
Them 3 days to finally pick up the item after days of miscommunication. I also took a day off work, which was wasted. Once the item was FINALLY picked up on day 3 and after 7pm. Walmart tells me they can’t find the item being picked up. I reach out to fedex and they couldn’t locate the tracking number. Neither could Walmart. I was in a grid lock between two companies who supposedly work with each other yet didn’t know what label was sent to me......... this has been the WORST two weeks of back and forth between agents and misinformed people who have NO CLUE. I wish that more supervisors could train
Staff to be problem solvers rather than just repeating info on the notes. I’m still waiting and non of the supervisors were really helpful at Walmart. I was told on Monday at 8pm a supervisor would call.... she didn’t. I spoke to another supervisor who said nothing can be done till the item gets checked in which will take two weeks....... Walmart sadly
Amazon is beating you with way abetted returns service! This is the last time I will ever buy anything large from Walmart! Lesson learnt

"I ordered shelves that showed up incomplete and late. I returned these items via the shipping labels provided by Walmart. They are stating they never received my items and refusing to refund my money. No wonder they are losing the race with Amazon. Walmart is a joke."

Photos were ruined!!!

"I picked one star because that is the lowest star that was offered. Forever our family has used Walmart online photo for our pictures. No longer, they have messed up three really important orders. Our middle child’s graduation announcements never made it. Grandparents gifts were so dark we didn’t know what the pictures were suppose to be. The last straw was yesterday, had to calm down before I wrote this! I sent an order for one hour processing, received the text message they were ready in 15 min. Arrived at the store and my two 8x10s are missing. Lab guy said they didn’t get that part of the order. Since I was already charged he couldn’t help me. Now, I received my 4x6 and 5x7 of the exact same picture. Could he please just take that print and make me two 8x10’s? NO! I would have to go home and resubmit another order. Once I mentioned online photos to the manager she quickly dismissed me and nothing she could do. Gave me a number for Walmart.com. Called this lady, who told me my 8x10’s were coming IN THE MAIL! What?!?! And... ready for this... it would be 2.5 weeks from now! If I needed them in two weeks why would I do one hour. So not only charged me one hour price, it is charging me shipping. When I got home and opened up my completed photos... they were horrible! Heads were cut off and a Pom picture of DD had her Pom hand completely missing. Landscape photos were printed portrait. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use the service. Horrible customer service and charges I didn’t agree to! Please do not send your precious memories to this company or lab! "

Walmart ONLINE ORDERS ****. 2-day shipping is 5 day SHIPPING?! WTF

"I am seriously **** off. I only ordered from Walmart to use my walmart credit card but their "free 2 -day shipping on orders $35+" is a LIE! I purchased the item 2 days ago and they guaranteed I would receive it by today when the tracking says it will arrive in 3 more days!!! To make matters worse, UPS STILL HASN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE ITEMS!?!

I will NEVER use Walmart 2-day shipping EVER again. Their online business is going to **** especially seeing that other reviewers are saying the same thing. I am NOT paid by Amazon as I doubt they will allow curses so here it is: Walmart **** YOU

2-Day Shipping is a LIE

"Save yourself a headache go to AMAZON... I ordered only to have the shipping date change. Then I had walmart rep cancel order only but tell me that my shipping date would be what I need the 21st @ 4pm. Here I sit the 22nd @ 4:47p and still no package. I have called Fedex and Walmart 1000 times with no one giving me the full answer. Ugh.

Listen Learned... 100% AMAZON 100% of the TIME>

8 DAYS LATER THAN DELIVERY DATE, 5+ CONFLICTING CALLS, CANCELLED DELIVERY

"Never order online! I made an order for in-store pickup, my pickup contact details were ignored, calls and voicemails from (and to) the store claimed the product was there, then not there, then en route, then never sent, then coming in any day now, then I received a auto-generated cancellation notice. Terrible communication, failure to deliver part TO THEIR OWN STORE I can't imagine how godawful it is for home delivery.

Lesson learned

"I recently purchased what I thought was a “name brand” charger for my phone through walmart.com. The seller was a company called “Alwayz on Sale”. I received the charger in a timely manner and tried to use it. It was defective… after initiating a return, I learned that I was expected to pay return postage, and a 10% restocking fee... for an item that doesn't work.
Lesson learned.
