GROCERIES- DAMAGED, LATE

"FIRST, I DID NOT RECEIVE ITEMS IN 2 DAYS, AS ADVERTISED. SECONDLY, EVERY CHIP PRODUCT I HAD IN THE ORDER WAS DAMAGED (EITHER OPENED SPILLED ALL IN THE BOX, OR SMASHED). THE BOX WAS OVER FILLED, & BARELY SEALED. HOWEVER, I WAS HELPED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO SENT NEW PRODUCTS. BUT, IF I WANTED TO WAIT 8 DAYS I WOULD HAVE JUST WENT TO THE STORE. :(((((( "

"I was checking mens wigs on walmarts website involving mens wigs.There is a wig that is a 1970s style.The writer had said the 1970s is cheesy.The 1970s style was extremely stylish and very neat apperance decade.The hair styles on women and men were neat well groom.The clothes had a snug and tight fit for both women and men.The color of the clothes were more colorful,bright and vibrant.Most males had tuck there shirts in there pants and jeans.The shorts women wore were called hot pants.Some males worn there shorts to the upper and middle of there thighs.In that decade this style was accepted.In that decade if your clothes were loose and baggy it was not accepted.People will tell you that you need to wear clothes that have a perfect fit.To the writer of the mens wigs.......YOU ARE A STUPID,FOOLISH,IGNORANT,IDIOT.Have a nice day if you can."

Horrible

"My order was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. I tracked it on the day it was supposed to be delivered and it said on time. Waited all day! Tracked my package again and it went from my location Denver, Co to being sent to Arizona! I tried to get through to customer service and couldn't get an answer. Next time will go through Amazon"

horrible experience with an online order and customer service

"I placed an order, got a confirmation order. So everything was fine.
Then a few days after the order did not arrive by the due date, I contacted online chat customer support.
She told me that there was an error and the order was never processed correctly/
Seriously?????? It was showing as placed in my account online, as well as in the e-mail.
So for 3 weeks, I was not notified that something went wrong.
She also told me that she would forward a request to the warehouse to get an order shipped.
And then a fe minutes later I get an e-mail saying that "per my request the order was cancelled"...
Seriously??? I DID NOT REQUEST AN ORDER TO BE CANCELLED.
A horrible company to deal with and a horrible customer service.
Not surprising, AMAZON is winning this online sales competition.
WALMART can't compete in this age with such a horrible online division!

Walmart is Outsourcing Their Customer Service

"It seems that Walmart has outsourced their Customer Service now and it feels like dealing with a scam company. They are rude and don't care about "their" customers because we are not really "their" customers anymore. To Walmart: You guys are going to sink if you don't get back to how you used to take care of your customers. Amazon runs circles around you in customer service and I will shop there every time over walmart.com if the price is even remotely close."

They can't deliver.

"I ordered a power rake from Walmart.com when I placed the order it said it will arrive within 15 days. On 14th day I called customer service. Call went to their Philippines Call center. She confirmed that order will be delivered tomorrow. without giving any tracking number. But it did not happen. Walmart may be a good retail store but they failed processing and delivering online order in my case"

they do not know what they are doing

"4 days after promised delivery, the package has still not arrived. No one at WTP customer service knows where my package is. They do not even know if it left warehouse. Then they sent email saying it shipped and gave my phone # and tracking # of carrier, but when i called that # they had no record and did not even use tracking #'s in the format WTP gave me. I am canceling order and will use Amazon, who does what they say they will do."

Horrible experience

"I ordered Dr. Dre studio 2 for my son. All my paperwork says this. I pick it up from the store and they sent my Dr. Dre solo 3. When I tried to resolve it I am being told they no longer have my product and I can't deal with it or get a refund. Horrible customer service experience and will never order from them again!"

"I was shipped the wrong product and have been going round & round attempting to straighten it out. Every time I chat with a Walmart.com employee on the website I get the same line " Somebody will be contacting you in 1 business day " This started May 26th 2018 & it's now May 31st 2018 and still nothing. I guess I will be contacting Paypal.

Don't bother with in store pick up

"This has been my third experience with in-store pickup. The first time I ordered a comforter. I was told to go to the back of the store to the pickup location. No one was back there but there was a note telling customers to ring the bell for service. I rang the bell. I saw several employees walk pass me but no one came to help. After a while, I walked back to the front of the store to the service desk counter where I was once again told to wait in the back. I asked if they could page someone to help me but they refused and told me to ring the bell when I to the back. Frustrated, I went to the back, rang the bell. Again several employees walked by. I finally stopped someone and was told the person who worked that area was on lunch and should be back shortly. In all it took 30 minutes to pick up the order.

In December, I found a full sized flip a zoo pet online that Walmart sold out of in store.The description of the item did not indicate that it was the 2 inch version of the full size and to make matters worse was more expensive than the full sized version. I tried to return it back at the store and found out that the item was sold to me through a third party and walmart would not accept the return. I would have to pay for return shipping which would cost only $10 less than what I paid for the item.

Fast forward to today, I ordered a bike and a helmet online that said I could pick up today just in time to surprise my son with a last minute graduation gift. 7.5 hours later and I still haven't received an email saying I could pick up the order so I called. I was told they are short staffed and the order should be ready by the end of the night or tomorrow. Walmart's staffing issues shouldn't be taken out on your customers. Pay your employees more $ to attract quality workers. Walmart promises same day pickup but can't deliver. If I knew that I couldn't pickup this order for another day, I would have ordered it elsewhere. They said if they cancel the order, it wouldn't be credited back to my account for up to 2 business days so I can't even cancel the order and just walk in the store and pick it up myself. Thanks for ruining a special moment Walmart!

Website not truthful

"Placed order “accepted”. Email received . Called and told a glitch; wait 30 minutes and order again. Order “accepted” can be picked up at store. Email received, order ready in 3-5 days. I canceled order. Revived email 3 days later my order ready for pick up. Called and canceled again...email- your refund will show up I two billing cycles."

Just awful. Amazon can totally relax

"So I made a few purchases from Walmart , just clothing items. These were not high price orders...kind of just experiments. I was very skeptical they would fill the order correctly, knowing the faces I see working in local Walmarts (my imagination extrapolates and sees same low accountable types in their shipping warehouses..). Anyway so the third order sure enough they screwed it up, 2 items shipped instead of 3. I call up shipping support, an impatient young lady answers, she sounded like she didn't believe me.. said she put in "a ticket" to somewhere else to investigate the matter and that I would be contacted next day. That of course didn't happen. I didn't bother pursuing this further..$20 lost. I cannot take waiting on the phone dealing with these arrogant type of people who basically boss you around, are suspicious, do not value the customer at all ......why? I am guessing because they work for a mediocre behemoth called Walmart . "

No 2 day shipping

"Order was placed on the 19th. Half of it showed on the 23rd. Had to reorder on the 25th after arguing for a refund which took 2 chats and 3 phone calls. They first said it was in transit, 2nd said waiting to be processed and 3rd said it was lost in transit. FedEx tracking showed the number as pending. Even after expressing dissatisfaction order will arrive on the 31st. They should not be allowed to advertise 2 day when it is indeed plainly not. "
