"I sent my Armand Nicolet in almost 5 years ago while I was still in college and you guys held on to it without question until I was graduated, employed and finally making enough money to repair it. This watch belonged to my father so having it in perfect working condition was very important. All watch functions are working normally and it is looking pristine. Thank you for everything. "
"I graduated from college in 1975. My parents gave me a Helbros Mickey Mouse watch. I wore it faithfully every day until it broke. I put it away, and life caught up with me and I forgot all about it.
Several months ago I found it, tucked away in my dresser. I did some research and contacted Watch Repairs in NYC. I sent the watch, received an estimate, and a short while later, my watch was returned to me in mint condition.
The watch holds so many wonderful memories, and now that I can wear it again, I am happy!
Thank you Watch Repair for bringing Mickey Mouse back to life, and restoring many treasured memories!
Sincerely,
Mary Pat Acerno"
"Everything about my experience was great. The instructions/label for the shipping, the confirmation that my watch made it to the destination, the estimate and repairs, periodic updates on the repair status, as well as the process for returning the watch to me, were are top notch. Really great service and I will certainly be using them again."
"***RIPOFF ALERT***I have a Baume Mercier manual winding timepiece that had stopped running. I found this company online and did not look at reviews before i sent my watch off to them. 1st mistake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It took the company about 2 months to "fix" the watch and send it back. When it was returned it would run after an extended time of winding the watch. But after a couple of days it stopped altogether. I sent it back one more time. And after another six weeks it was returned only to have the same result. At this point I cut bait.
Since this debacle I have taken my watch to a licensed retailer Stanley Eisenman in Dallas, TX, who sent it of to be fixed correctly. FOR LESS $. And it runs like new.
Watch Repair USA is a ripoff and should be avoided at all costs."
"Watch Repairs USA was able to repair and rebuild my 49 year old Zodiac Astrographic watch to new running condition after it had been accidentically damaged. Wathc Repairs USA was completely courteous, professional and competenant during this transaction. I am a Watch Repairs USA customer for Life! Thank you very much for being the company you are. Anyone thinking about repairing any watch should come to Watch Repairs USA."
"I love that they send a photo confirmation when they first receive the watch(es). Next they will appraise the work and wait for confirmation before they begin. Turn around time is faster than sending from a third party such as a jeweller. Watches come back looking brand new!"
"While sorting through a drawer of old jewelry, I came upon a good watch that my husband received when he left a large company after several years. Unfortunately, he had neglected the watch and it no longer worked. Because the watch was valuable both sentimentally and financially, I went online to find a place that could repair it. Watch Repairs USA was the answer. They gave me instructions as to how to mail the watch to them and described their procedure of taking a picture of the watch, examining it, and offering an estimate for its repair. They were very careful to keep me updated once I approved the repair and just within the timeframe they gave me, the Watch was mailed back to me safely with signature required at delivery. The “new” watch was sparkling clean and worked perfectly and now Watch Repairs USA is a trusted resource. I will definitely use this company again!"
"You had to contact me several times for assessments, but it was worth it. Thank you."
"When my local jeweler informed me that Heuer could no longer service my battered twenty-eight year old dive watch, I feared it was the end of the line for my timepiece. I learned that there was a possibility of restoration by Watch Repairs USA, off it went; with my fingers crossed they could get it back to life. The repair techs managed to procure parts for the discontinued model and overhaul it completely. It is back on my wrist, still battered, but running like new."
"Repair was done promptly and for a reasonable price"
"I found Watch Repairs USA on line after trying to get my Oris watch repaired at a local watch and clock repair shop. The local shop could not get the needed parts because they weren't an authorized repair facility, so I went looking. Watch Repairs USA was able to get the parts needed and do the repairs. It takes a while to get a mechanical watch repaired, so trn around time is in weeks or months, not days, but the final job was outstanding. The watch keeps perfect time and looks and acts like it is brand new. Thanks Watch Repair USA. I will use you again."
"Watch Repairs USA did a great job for me. They were professional, communicated through the entire process and was fairly priced. I would highly recommend them!"
"I sent in 2 Hamilton pocket watches for repair. They were my Dads watches from the 1930's and were in pretty rough shape. The watches came back to me in working order with new crystals and hands and polished to perfection. I would highly recommend Watch Repairs USA for repairs. Another nice touch was they would send updates to me periodically as to the status. Even if repairs had not begun yet they kept in contact. "
"Excellent customer service from providing the shipping label, notifying upon receipt of package, photo of item received, estimate provided, finished repairs and returned WAY before the 4-8 weeks quoted.
The watch was dazzlingly cleaned, looked gorgeous and worked perfectly.
Recommend highly. "
"Years ago my wife gave me a beautiful Rado wristwatch for my birthday. Several months ago, it essentially fell apart. After visiting many jewelry stores in the Los Angeles area, I was met with "It is not repairable." I happened upon Watch Repairs USA and sent my watch pieces to them. It took several months but my Rado watch was repaired and now it looks like the day it was purchased. What a wonderful surprise. Thanks Watch Repairs USA."
