"I am the husband of PJShopper. Let me first say that I really appreciated the quick response that my wife got after writing her review. We recieved a response from Kim and then a call from the Office of The President of Wirefly on the 12th of July. The individual's name was Stefan. With that being said, we were under the impression that our order was processed again and good to go. Wishful thinking on our part. As we continued to check the status of our order on whereismyorder.com we continually saw that our order was still processing. After a day or two we decided to call to verify this information. Guess what, to our surprise the order was just sitting. The answer we recieved from Wirefly was That it was sent to the wrong department. Strike 2! We were promised on the 20th of July that we would recieve our phones the next day with free overnight shipping. Guess what? No phones. Strike 3! I decided to speak with Wirefly in reference to what the issue was. Keep in mind, we first placed our order on the 6th of Jul to capitalized on the unlimited data b4 Verizon changed the offer. It is the 21st of July and we still have no phones. I spoke with two representaives today who assured me we would have the phones tomorrow. 15 days have gone by and the only compensation they can give me is free shipping. Wow! I can only say to total confidence that I will make sure anyone that I know that is looking to order from Wirefly will be advised by me to think a bit b4 they do. I've read past excellent reviews from Wirefly customers and have also had good servie with them in the past, and I'm very dissappointed and surprised that we have not recieved the same level of customer service from this company. So frustrated right now. Thanks for nothing Wirefly."
"We used the referral program to save $25 on each order (both the referring and referral orders). However, it didn't go through correctly and we were told multiple times that we wouldn't get the referral bonus. I ended up speaking to a supervisor over the phone and he went above and beyond to correct the problem, he was able to get approval to manually issue the referral credit to each order."

"The ordering process was easy and prices were good; however, one of the accessories was the wrong one. It is not possible to exchange for the right one on-line and phone or chat require providing the SSN. They should not have that in their records, so I wouldn't provide it. There is no other course but to return the device with the on-line form and start over.
Wirefly did respond after this review, but again without the SSN wouldn't do anything, so I returned the unit (doesn't need a SSN). The point is that Wirefly only has the SSN because it's required for anti-terrorism and should not retain it for customer identification."

The transfer from one cell phone to another went without any interruption in my service thanks to the step-by-step instructions provided with my order. "Transaction went smooth. Only bump I had was for some reason, the guy helping me changed (without my acknowledgement) my data package to a lower package, which shot my bill up by more than $100.00. It was a headache dealing with VZ and telling them I did not request it be changed. Especially when the phone I was purchasing required an unlimited data package.
In the end, everything was resolved. Would I buy from them again...yes."
