"I had done my research about where to get my phone (unlike previous instances). Verizon was pretty adamant about not price matching in any way, nor would they waive the activation fee. I read all the reviews I could find about wirefly.com, and decided to take a chance (Most reviews were positive, other than those dealing with their customer service. However, there is no company dealing in wireless who doesn't have cs issues. It proves the adage - pay peanuts, get monkeys.)
My order was processed the day I placed it, I received my phone (free 2nd day FedEx), my previous number was ported no problem, and I have 2 rebates, that, once cashed, make the $130 phone free. Even if they f-up the rebates, the phone was only $90 online vs. $130 from Verizon.

"My experience was mixed.
On the day after I placed my order the status changed to "shipping." After two days as "shipping" I called customer service to ask when the order would actually be released to the carrier. The CS rep who sounded like an Indian kept telling me that the shipment method I had chosen would take two to seven days. I kept asking when the order would be shipped and he continued to tell me how long the shipment would take. We did this for a good 15 min until he put me on hold for another 10 min then told me the order would be shipped on March 2. When I asked why the order was going to be delayed for over a month he put me on hold again and came back saying the order would be shipped on Feb 3. I then asked if the order would be shipped FEDEX as the web site advertised. He didn't know although he would never admit that he didn't know and after asking the question many times using various phrases I just gave up.
As it turned out the company upgraded the shipping method and we received our order promptly. Everything was "as ordered" and worked fine. My mobile number was ported to the new carrier overnight without a hitch or a hassle.
Looks like with this company you take your chances. If everything goes smoothly you'll be satisfied. If there are problems, their Customer Service sucks a big one. I don't know if the problem is just that the reps don't understand even simple English spoken slowly and distinctly or if they are trained not to deviate with a few prepared scripts."
