"Terrible, just terrible. Slow processing of order. Misinformative advertising. Phone cost was great, but support on device and customer service was NON EXISTANT. Expect NO help from them at ALL prior to sale. I would have rathered pay $100 more in store than purchase from them online however the plan I ordered was not available in stores. Avoid avoid avoid. Also, when you expect help from a sales rep inside a store and inform them of where you got the phone, expect them to tell you to call the people you bought it from. As I type this, I have been on hold for 36 minutes trying to straighten out the mess they made of my order. I can't stress enough how much you should avoid them"

"I was wary at first when I considered ordering from WireFly because of the complaints on the BBB website. However, it appears that most of the problems with WireFly stem from refunds. Because I ordered a phone with instand rebates, I only had to wait two days for my new service provider to approve me and then three days to actually get my phone. It is January 3rd and I recieved it today. Despite the holiday time period, they were still prompt and effective. If I ever switch service providers again or need to order another phone after my contract expires, I will certainly consider doing so through WireFly."
"Superfast. Frankly, I did not expect to receive it the next day. I ordered the phones in the afternoon and got them the next day! Wow. Only thing: I had to adjust my address and the whereismyorder.com form did not work in Internet Explorer. I tried Firefox, and it did it. Love wirefly!"
"Wirefly is by far the easiest site to navigate, access to a wealth of information about the products offered. I purchased a cell phone for my daughter, and a second phone for my wife (as a direct result of the information acquired thru wirefly), also upgraded to a family "shared" plan with Cingular. The emails were timely, informative and courteous. The selection was far better than that of our local Cingular store, not to mention the prices!! Can I just say WOW and Thanks! Wirefly made it possible for my two best girls to have a very nice, camera phone, with lots of talk time + road side assistance at an affordable price. Which the peace of mind it gives me to know they can get access to help is of course priceless. I will return to Wirefly for any purchase related to cell phones and will continue to recommend Wirefly to everyone I speak with, as I think they are wonderfuL!

I like the service of wirefly, the customer service is great, I recommended all of my friends and relatives. Items sent as shown on the Web, The shipping is very fast, I bought two lines and the phones are activated before it reached my home, the package includes Phones, Blue tooth(s), Rebate forms and instruction guides, Great care has been taken when I called to make a purchase, All of my queries have been answered perfectly.
But the only one thing I am not happy was about porting my old wireless # to my new carrier. Wirefly told that they will take care of it, but till today after a week my OLD NUMBER is not yet transferred to my new phone, even though my contract was expired with old carrier long back.
After waiting for a week, I have to call my new carrier twice to transfer my old number, The new carrier has accepted my request and gave a ticket number of transfer.
I do not know whether WIREFLY has done the same for me to transfer my number???? If they take care of these kind of problems as well, then they are the best....

"Overall, my experience with Wirefly is very positive. I ordered a RAZR V3 free of charge, plus a future $100 rebate. The order was approved within a day and the phone arrived at my door via FedEx the 2nd day, just as advertised/promised. I needed to port my old cell number to the new carrier. This process took about six days to complete. It seems not normal since it says at Wirefly's website that usually it only takes up to 48 hours to complete porting the number. Anyhow, it's not a big deal for me. I'm just happy everything is OK now.
Actually I placed my order BEFORE I read reviews about Wirefly. I have to admit I was very nervous. Luckily my order went through smoothly. However, I haven't tried to contact Wirefly's customer service yet, so I can't comment on that. Neither can I comment on how they deal with rebates. To be honest, I don't care about that. I didn't pay a dime on this phone anyway. If I get the rebates, hooray! If I don't, I'll update this review and move on."
"We mentioned very clearly that we need goods by the 23rd as they were x'mas gifts for our kids, and paid extra $30 for next day delivery. However, we received the parcel only on the 26th even though they activated & shipped phones on the 22nd. I was told by Fedex, if you indicated as a "rush" order, they would have delivered on the 23rd or made it available at the nearest Fedex warehouse for me to collect. I need not pay $30 for a 3 day delivery when you offered Free 2 day delivery in the promotion.
Please do not consider this as a complain, but a hint where it went wrong. What I understand is that, a misunderstanding or different interpretation of the term used by the Activation/Shipping associate to that of Fedex. The term used is "overnight" which I thought very appropriate to Fedex' expectation of "rush". Hence, Fedex should not charge for a service they did not provide. "
"I ordered this and experienced the WORST service possible. I placed the order on Saturday at 3:30 PM EST with a 2 day expedited shipping. They didn't process the order until Tusday. The initial way to reach them is via email only. Then after they have problems, then they provide you a phone number (1-***-***-****). After speaking to someone who could not help me, I sat on hold hold for another 30 min. Then, after that hold, the supervisor said their "system" was down and I would be required to call back in 10 min (even though I sat on the phone with the supervisor 10 min already). WORST experience possible. Instead of receiving my phone in 2 days, it would have been 7 days - and they were not honoring the rebates they initial presented to me. I would suggest staying away. It's never a good sign when one cannot follow up on an order until they write to you (and the inital order says it takes 15 min to process - not 3 days). "
