"Evrything was as advertised, I placed my order after 4:00PM and the got it out the door the same day! They charged $10 for FedEx 2day service, which is very reasonable. Would deffinitly buy from again."
"Although i am satisfied with the service and speed of my order. I am NOT satisfied with the accuracy of informtion that was passed on to T-Mobile. I signed up for the family plan NO night/weekends $59.99 (T-mobile was informed that I signed up for $79.99 family plan unlimited nights and weekends), I ordered 3 phones (2 with 400 text messages) T-moble had me down for all 3 phones with text messaging. Last but not least the information that was listed on my order invoice was had the wrong number on it (off by one digit)...I hope this will not cause a problem with my rebate.."
"These guys are outstanding. Great deals, quick processing, and just overall and outstanding experience shopping with them. Ive bought several phones from them. You cannot beat the prices they offer, not even with the actual phone provider. Definately reccomend to anyone."
"NEVER AGAIN! I got 2 phone but the rebates were the most complex rebates I had ever seen. Designed to make it as hard as possible to submit. Then the rebate center moved and after 2 1/2 months my rebates are not in there system. So I have to continue waiting or resubmit. NEVER, EVER AGAIN will I use CellularChoices.net or Wirefly.com! "
"Initially, I was excited about finding a fantastic deal on a Sprint Motorola KRZR phone. The phone was never sent to me! Now, I just think that this deal on a $400 phone for 69 bucks was something they could not deliver.
As I would check the status of the shipment on the website, Wirefly would post messages stating the I needed to call there customer service department for they needed more information to complete the shipment. I would have to spend 30 minutes - 1 hour to get through to their incompetent customer service representative who alway ended the conversation with a guarantee of my phone being activated and shipped out within 24 hours. This happened 3 times.
I finally decided to research this company online and found other complaints on this website and the Best Business Bureau. I cancelled the order. I wouldn't advise anyone to use Wirefly! Save yourself some time and aggrevation and purchase from a local retailer."
"I was very impressed with the selection of the products that Wirefly offered. AND they were a great deal. The communication was awesome and I would love to do business with them again! Thanks"

"I have ordered a lot of electronics on the internet in the past 5 years. WIREFLY provided the easiest and most pleasing experience of all my purchaces. Right through to the time we received our phones, customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend WIREFLY if your going to buy cell phone service/cell phones."
"I like my quick service and I will definetly buy again from you. Thank You so Much, I got a great deal all around.."
"This is our third wireFly experience. Overall we have been extremly happy with the service. They can offer you phones and rebates that the local cellular services can not. We will probably always use wireFly. Thank you"
"wirefly.com advertised a FREE RAZR phone. We purchased two phones that came with a promise of $210.00 in Loyalty Mail-in rebates and Wireless Device Mail-in rebates.
The rebate form is like a maze because they look for any reason not to send the money. Here are their convoluted instructions:
Copy of your 2nd and 3rd wireless bills showing customer name, mobile number, account number and bill/invoice date for this account showing all balances from previous bills paid in full (bills must be dated within 120 days after activation date shown on your sales receipt)
Submit only one rebate claim per envelope.
That is one form for a partial rebate
Then to supposedly to receive the next or larger portion of the rebate do all the above with the normal (copy of receipt, UPC barcode) and copy of your phone bill...dated 150-210 days after the activation date shown on your sales recipt.
In addition, REBATE FORMS MUST BE POSTMARKED NO EARLIER THAN 180 DAYS AFTER THE ACTIVATION DATE SHOWN ON YOUR SALES RECEIPT AND NO LATER THAN 210 DAYS AFTER THIS ACTIVATION DATE.
Submissions not correctly postmarked within this time frame will not qualify. Early submissions will not be accepted. Rebate center is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due requests.
AFTER COMPLETING ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS EXPECTING A SERIES OF CHECKS TOTALING $210 WE RECEIVED ONE CHECK FOR $20 AND A LETTER STATING:
Your claim is invalid: Dates of the wireless bill(s) you submitted with your rebate claim do not fall within the date range specified on the rebate claim form...We regret that we cannot honor your claim.
WIREFLY, YAHOO, AND CINGULAR ARE ALL PARTICIPATING IN A RIP OFF SCHEME"
"Great service, when everyone else gave me the run around, Wirefly came through with flying colors.
Will definitely recommend to friends and purchase again in the future. thanks"
"Great ordering experience. Numbers were ported, phones received, and all transactions were quick and straight forward. AAA+"
"Wirefly was the most difficult company I have ever had to deal with. Looking at past reviews, they are either hit or miss. Sure if you don't need any kind of assistance or special help, the phone gets to you in a decent amount of time, but my phones came with the wrong sim cards matched to the phones.
The rebate total taken away from the total they actually billed to my credit card, when said and done, was not free as advertised. Not to mention I had about 10 different transactions taken on and off my credit card so it was nearly impossible to keep track of the final expense.
Not to mention if you have to exchange a phone, the shipping is no longer free. They only return the phone cost, none of the taxes, which includes the shipping. Then they tax and charge shipping fees for the new phone that they send you.
Customer service hardly understands what is going on, besides the wait time is the worst I have ever experienced. Their English was not very good, with strong accents that were difficult to understand over the poor connection. I could barely hear them and I had to repeat my questions over and over again in order to get the right answer. I received answers, they just never actually were to my questions. Oh, but they did give me a $25 gift card that was supposed to make up for my lost time and frustration.
I am still dealing with this company trying to get everything settled. My phone freezes, the bluetooth doesn't work, I can't answer my phone when it is ringing or send text messages due to the phone running too slow and locking up. Be careful with this company and the phone you select. "
"Had to contact Customer Service via e-mail and then phone regarding missing activation code. Actually didn't need a code -- i didn't read the enclosed information indicating I just had to wait for my service to be activated within the next 24 hours. E-mail CSR responded very quickly, and phone CSR took care of my issue very quickly as well. All around good service for a problem that wasn't really even a problem:)"
