"Wirefly is absolutely the worst. Because of their mess ups they offered me $75 in goodwill credit. I of course accepted. $50 of that arrived within 6 weeks. The other 25$ I still have yet to get (it is now mid-November). I have emailed them more than 10 times. Each time one of their CSR's sends me a pasted email that I will receive an email with how to claim a $25 check within two weeks. Never did this email arrive, every two weeks I emailed them again and they sent me the same generic email. I will never purchase from wirefly again. Their customer services is horrible and they lie. This is not the way to do business."

"WireFly did an OK job processing my order and delivering the phone, but when I called to port my number to the new carrier is when the mess started. They offered me to buy a one year insurance for the phone, which was around $10 less than what I would've paid had I gotten the insurance directly from the cell phone carrier. When it came down to filling a claim to get the phone replaced, they refused to replace it and to refund what I paid for the insurance. I ended up having to spend $300.00 on a new phone.
Wirefly also offered a $150 mail-in rebate, which has become another nightmare. I followed all their submission instructions and up to date, I have not seen a penny. They keep telling me it's being processed, but it's been 8 MONTHS since I submitted the rebate.
This people and the companies associated with them are a JOKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!"

"Went through the 6 month wait, submitted all records, and months later was informed that the 2 rebates were denied. Emailed Jon Delahay, but no response. Wirefly stated that activation was on Nov. 4, 2005 for a phone that was ordered on Nov. 28 2005. (Actual activation was not until Dec. 5, 2005) I will never do business with Wirefly again, and just got my new Blackberry through US Cellular because of this."

Anyway, shopping through Wirefly.com was awesome. They are one of the first sites that were generated in my google search for cell phones and to be honest the only one people really need. Just to be sure I wasn't missing a great deal somewhere else I checked other sites. However, wirefly.com is the only site that made comparisons easy as well as gave me the best deal. Other sites offered two phones with a family plan but for the same price Wirefly gave us two awesome phones--free, two bluetooth wireless headsets--free and $100 back in rebates!! We actually made out on the deal! Communication of our order and promptness of our shipment was wonderful. This was so much better than going to a store to be "sold" on a phone plan. At my convenience, I shopped, I bought and I received--it was a great experience. Anyone shopping for cell phones should only have to make one stop--wirefly.com."
