"Like many of you, I had no problem receiving my order, my problems came from the rebate.
Unlike many of you, I DID receive my rebate without any submission errors that many of you complain about. Even without submission errors, I did face an unusally long delay in receiving my $200 rebate.
Wirefly promises the rebate check in 10-12 weeks which seems an extraordinary long time for processing compared to other vendors. My checks came about 2 weeks longer than the promised timetable.
As many of you have already cited, Wirefly seems to run a scam using rebates and I agree (even if I did receive my rebates.) Why make customers do all the paperwork on 2 rebates when one should suffice. If this is not a red flag, then what else is it besides trying to defraud the customer!
How can Wirefly expect the customer to make a purchase and make them wait nearly a year to receive the rebate?"

"One reason I didn't like Wirefly is that the customer rep asked too much detail which no one else in the market ever asked. It seems that they are trying to steal identity and other sensitive privacy information from customers, which is just over any boundry a legimitated company can do.
The other reason I wasn't satisfied was that they didn't do as promised, i.e. contact me in the first place if they thought there was a problem but kept me waiting until I contacted them. So be cautious if you want to place an expedited order.
Bottom line: the customer service is poor and the company is not trustworthy.
Update on Oct. 17: almost two weeks after my cancellation, I still haven't got my money back. According to the email and the customer service reps, the money should have been refunded immediately. But the truth is: they just don't want to release it! The customer reps told me it was my bank's problem. No. I called my bank and the associate told me that Wirefly is holding the money! The Wirefly even asked my bank account name and password and pretended they wanted the information to contact my bank for the cancellation.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THE LIARS!

"I bought a cell phone with a $200 rebate as part of the terms of the contract. Inphonic/Wirefly has not honored the contract and provided the rebate.
Judging by the results of an obvious search, this is not an isolated incident. I'm currently filing suit in small claims court against them.

they said: delay because number portability problems through cingular wireless

I paid for next-day delivery.
they said: we will ship it next day free of charge because of your delays
truth: they shipped it GROUND to save themselves money and it will take 3 days longer to get phone
they said: sorry nothing we can do now
truth: they should have done it all right in the first place.

truth: NEVER got ONE SINGLE email from them. Only could figure out what was going on with my order by calling or checking order status page at website.
