"This was the easiest online transaction I have ever made! Emails were precise and speedy about what actions were being taken. Shipping information was available when promised and my phone was delivered on the date stated.

"Wirefly.com sent the phone in the wrong box, so the UPC code is invalid for the $200 mail-in rebate.
The $200 mail-in rebate will not be honored.
I called Wirefly.com to complain about the incorrect box for the phone I ordered, when I received the phone, about a week later.
Wirefly.com told me the UPC code would be good, and to call back if I had a problem with the rebate being honored.
I had to wait 60 days to send the rebate, (to make sure I kept the phone?), and waited about another 60 days to get the rebate response.
I called wirefly.com to complain, they told me I waited too long, I asked to speak with a supervisor, they hung up the phone on me.
I called back, and I asked to speak to a supervisor immediately, I was told I could not speak with a supervisor.
Everytime I call, I get an overseas call center and the English is not very clear.
They keep telling me I can't speak with a supervisor."

"I ordered my first pair of cell phones via the internet from FONCentral.com and will never return. I received the phones quickly and received rebates to the tune of actually making money with Mail-In-Rebates (MIR) I purchased 2 Motorola E815 phones at $249.99 each. I was presented with rebates of $50.00, $75.00, and $125.00, with a free bluetooth headset to boot.
1)The bluetooth headsets were not what was described in the description
2)The rebates have ***ALL*** been emailed back to me saying that they were INVALID.
A few things to remember. The ***FINE PRINT*** on the rebates state a few things like...1)Mail this in between 180-210 days from setting up service and things to this nature, which I have done. I purchased these in September, 2005 and have waited now until March 24, 2006 before mailing them in (so that they were sent in during the very short 180-210 day window)
All rebates are said to be INVALID. What a scam!
I will never do business like this over the internet with FONCentral.com or any other inphonic.com reseller."

I needed to call customer service to change the shipping address and was greeted by a friendly, efficient representative. It was overall a very positive experience. "Extremely poor customer service.
Took me several calls to get the order processed AND:
1. They gave me the phone for wrong area code (despite mentioning every time that I needed the phones for Santa Clara, CA which is on my billing address too, they gave me numbers for Pleasanton, CA)
2. First they charged me $15 for one day shipping, then they reversed the charge, but shipped the products in 10 day shipping instead of 2 day shipping that they promised. (This, despite, my telling each and every one of their agents that I was moving from my current address and needed the phones before a certain date).
3. Their call center agents are unresponsive on emails, and when I called them, they lied and said that the product was shipped through 2 day shipping, but FedEx made an error. FedEx denied it, and they accepted that it was their mistake.
I am yet to receive the package (which is expected to arrive by 4/4, instead of 3/28 that they initially promised).
I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. PLEASE GO AND BUY THE PHONES FROM A STORE INSTEAD."
"I order two phones from Wirefly. I paid extra for the fastest shipment method. My phones came late. Two friends who ordered the same phones after me and didn't pay the extra shipping got theirs first. In the interim, my old phones got shut off to transfer the numbers to the new phones--which I didn't have yet.
When I got the phones, the accessories were missings. A note said they would ship within a couple of days. It has now been THREE MONTHS and they haven't shipped. I have twice been promised they would ship within 24 hours. No shipment yet.
When I call for help, I get someone in India who I can't understand. They always tell me either "My system is down and I can't help you right now," or "I'll expedite that to the shipping department and your accessories will ship within 24 hours."
Still nothing.
I would NEVER order from Wirefly again. I regret that I recommended them to friends (who purchased from them) initially because of their price. I now recommend people to STAY AWAY."
