"ATTENTION !! ATTENTION !!

This has to be the worst online company ever. They screwed up what should have been a simple order ( switched shiping labels between my order and another person ), then blamed FEDEX for the error.
As previously stated by others their customer service is out sourced to India, when asked they say they work for Wirefly ( as contractor ? ), anyway you have a hard time getting past their rote reading of the screen prompts.
After many phone calls and long waits, with no satfaction we are returning the phone ( the wrong one ) and canceling the order.
I hope this review helps other people to avoid this company.

"ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE COMPANY! They sent me the wrong phones. They want me to pay for 2 more phones as a replacement ($400) and they will refund me when they receive their mistake back! Imagine that - now they want me to pay for 4 phones! Unacceptable. I can see charging my account if they don't receive my return. Customer Service people hardly speak any English, I asked to speak to the manager - same thing- hardly any English; unaccomodating, unsympathetic, and could care less that they sent wrong phones. When I said I wanted to return the phones for refund, I was threatened that I would lose my number forever (a number I have had for many years!) I wish I researched this company's background before I made the purchase. If I saw other people's reviews beforehand, this would have never happened to me. How can this company still be business with all the bad reviews they are getting? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

"Before I start, I wanted to let everyone know that Wirefly is aka Cellular Choices aka Inphonic. ---- STAY AWAY -----

I ordered 2 RAZR phones from CellularChoices aka Wirefly aka Inphonic with TMobile service because they were offering it for free after rebates.

After not receiving any decent order status (3 days after ordering) on their website - www.whereismyorder.com, I followed up with phone calls.

Their customer service and the people that fulfill the orders are outsourced to India. The outsourced customer service reps and managers all have american names like, sylvia, scott, dan, etc except if you ever call back and ask for the rep or manager by their specified name.... there is no such person or not available.

Anyway my problem was with number portability. During the ordering process they want you to enter all of your current wireless phone company information on their website because they claim to be experts on number portability. Plus if I do the number portability separately after I receive the phone, then the rebates are invalid. So I had no choice.

I'm not sure what they did or how they expertly perform this number portability, but they finally sent me an email (6 days after ordring) stating that they needed more information. After I had called them back they informed my number has previously been ported to T-Mobile. I had asked them to explain... and they just repeated the same information again without any explanations. They are like robots, and my opinion is that they either do not have any idea as to what is going on or they are instructed not to.

After calling and investigating with T-Mobile my phone number was already on T-Mobile's system and had already been activated two days after I had ordered it. I was not sure as to what Cellular Choices needed to do complete the number transfer, but Tmobile stated that only the customer after receiving the phone can perform the number transfer.

After finding this out, I finally got fed up with Cellular Choices because of all their lie after lies. Because of this horrid experience and their untrustworthiness, I finally cancelled the order (8 days after ordering).

I would never do business with Cellular Choices again, and I have already filed a complaint to BBB. I also filed a complatint to T_Mobile Customer Care that they lost a potential sale, and are going to lose a lot of new potential sales by dealing with Cellular Choices.

So ultimately I guess T-Mobile should also take responsibility as well, as I know I'm not the only unsatisfied customer.

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WIREFLY OR INPHONIC!!! Purchased or tried to purchase two razr phones with a family plan. They said I would have the phones in two days. I never received the phones but they did port my number!!! That left me with no cell phone at all! Customer service is from some mid-eastern country. They barely speak english and just keep repeating that your phones are shipped(spent hours on the phone just to have them lie). When I called today they claimed that they were just about to ship! I canceled the order but I now have to try to keep my phone number while I get the correct plan set up WITH CELL PHONES"

"A Tale of Two Cities: A very polished sales
presentation with low prices to hook you. But the problem is in what they do not tell you in their extremely misleading presentation and VERY poor service leading to a very frustrating transaction. They mislead and do not do what they say they will do And you better have patience to be on terminal hold when you try to call "Customer Service" (ox·y·mo·ron: A rhetorical figure in which incongruous or contradictory terms are combined, as in a deafening silence and Wirefly Customer Service.) It's not worth the alledged savings. I wish I did not do business with Wirefly!!!!!

"We can not get a refund or the phones back. After we exchanged the phones the company refuses to refund my money. They put off updating the web site and telling you it takes 7-10 days over and over, then they tell you it is past the allowable time frame to give a refund. After that they will not send you the phones back that they have recieved from you. So know I am out $400.00 or the 2 cell phones that I ordered."

"This is an awful, dishonest company. Their prices are low, but everything else about them is terrible! They first off are completely incompetant. They second off are unaccountable for anything they. Try to get them on the phone and you’ll see what I mean….that is if you are lucky enough to find their phone number anywhere. I wonder why that is???

So it all started when they incorrectly delivered my phone, even though I wrote a long explanation of where to send it (but still correctly filling out all of the required fields). They sent it to my physical address, not my shipping address (I live in Vail, CO and have no postal service at my physical address) so it was shipped back to sender. After 5 nasty phone calls w/ nasty, rude people I finally received my phone.

Skip ahead 6 months. It is now time for my rebate to be sent in. After waiting 150-210 days I mailed exactly what they were asking for. They have the most asinine instructions, doing just about everything possible to cause mistakes from the mailers. This rebate is for $300, so I made sure to follow the directions to a ‘T’. Two weeks later they still haven't received anything. So I decide to resend the rebate, only this time send it certified. Make sure you make copies of your rebate mailings. 4 weeks later and they still say they don't have my info. By now I have missed my window to redeem my rebate, and nobody at the crappy-ass rebate center can give me any information because they still say they haven’t received anything. I tell them they've already signed for the certified letter a week ago. They say it's still not it the system and could take 8-12 additional weeks!!! At this rate I’m sure I won’t get my rebate back, and if I do it will be at least a year after I bought it.

They SUCK ASSSSSSS. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. I'D IMAGINE THEY DO THIS TO EVERYBODY, ONLY MOST PEOPLE DON'T MAKE COPIES OF THEIR REBATE FORMS.

After I fill out all of the customer website review forums I can find I am headed next to the Better Business Bureau. If this has happened to you w/ Wirefly I suggest you do the same.

"Initially the sale was great, nice person friendly service and great price. I specifically asked about the offer and outlined that unless they shipped Product X not a substitute as listed in the ad "I was not interested and checked availability before ordering." When it arrived promptly in two days the order was only 1/2 complete, they shipped a substitution. I immediately notified and sent back the substituted item and was told I would get what I contracted for quickly. Week went by and I called again, again a promise but no delivery of Motorola Blue Tooth, when I called a third time to speak to someone with authority, they would not take call, or I could not get a contact name given, only a supervisor which I have dealt with prior. Again promises and pleas from them not to return the order, that I would in fact get the item sent out today but unwilling to give me a confirmation or anything of proof to support this, yet they still are offering the specials after they claim they have had problems with getting the inventory in. I was pleased at the outset but disappointed there after. Be very careful when ordering, my advice go elsewhere! A deal is only as good as the delivery of the deal! "

"Besides the phone I ordered a car charger. Instead of sending the car charger they sent me a normal home charger. I called, but the phone system would just give me a busy signal when the automated system would try to transfer me. So I tried emailing them from their website and I get "message undeliverable" messages sent back to my email address.

I tried again the next day and after 45 minutes on hold, someone finally answered. I could barely understand what he was saying because his Indian accent was so heavy. After asking him to repeat himself about 30 times, I finally understood that he was telling me to send the incorrect charger back. I asked him when I would be getting my car charger and he told me I wouldn't...they would give me a refund and I could go to the store and buy one. Now that is customer service for you.

Avoid them if at all possible.

"NEVER ORDER FROM WIREFLY!! I have tried twice to order a new phone from wirefly. First order i tried for the motorola Razr phone with a 2 year plan from cingular, received an email right away saying more info was needed and had a number for me to call. I call the number, and the woman just says i have to wait 24 hours. Ok, so i wait, 2 days later i receive an email saying "we're sorry you cancelled your order", i check the site, and according to it the order was cancelled by user...which i never did. So i try again, this time i go for a two line plan with sprint, and two phones, a few days go by and i get an email saying that i have been approved for one phone, but not the other, so i figure if i wait it out i will get the 2nd one too, then a few more days pass and i receive an email saying they shipped my order of ONE phone, and a two line plan. I call their customer service and get an indian who keeps telling me i was approved for a one line plan, i tell him the order invoice says 2 line, but he continues to tell me i get 1 line, i asked why they sent me something i did not order, which he has no answers, so i cancelled. Whats worse is now i have to call sprint to cancel the single line plan because wirefly took the liberty of getting it all ready for me. If you don't want to get scammed or cheated, then stay away from wirefly. "

"I mistakenly ordered 5 phone pouches instead of one and have not been able to reach Wirefly via the customer service number since the night I placed my order. The automated voice just keeps telling me that they are unable to retrieve the status of my order. I can not seem to reach a "person" to help me send back 4 of the pouches for a refund. "This is the worst online buying experience I have ever had and 80% of what I buy is on line.
The "customer service" numbers they give you all go to an automated menu. None of the choices will allow you to talk to a person. I finally talked to someone by entering some random choices on the menu. She stated that my account was fine even though they sent me emails and even called me stating they needed more info.
This company is an utter joke. Do NOT ever order from them. I would rather use a string and 2 tin cans rather than get a cellphone from these incompetents!

"AVOID WIREFLY.COM, TIGERWIRELESS.COM, IMPHONIC. THESE ARE ALL ONE AND THE SAME COMPANY.

**************************************************These people are horrible to EPIC proportions. I ordered a phone, ported my number, was told my phone should arrive in two days. IT NEVER CAME and my NUMBER PORTED 12 HOURS LATER TO THE PHONE THAT NEVER ARRIVED!!! Finally in complete and utter frustration, I cancelled my order two weeks later after repeated calls to their "customer service" line. (manned by useless foreign folks in Montreal who had no idea why my order hadn't shipped or when it would be shipped)

They would only apologise over and over again. Even after asking for supervisors and supposedly getting them repeatedly, they would say they woould 'email the warehouse' and call me back. I sent emails. I consulted their 'whereismyorder.com' website (which told me my order would be shipping within 24 hours for 12 days). I made a Better Business Bureau complaint, I called their Imphonic corporate offices and their wirefly.com corporate offices and left messages.

I never heard from anybody, ever again. I ultimately called Sprint, who had begun billing me for the service I was unable to use because I had never received the phone (AND to add insult to injury, my old phone was turned off 12 hours after my order, so I had NO PHONE THIS ENTIRE TIME!!!!!) and I cancelled the order.

I fortunately got two emails saying there would be no charge; Sprint is well aware of these people and they advised me that it is VERY unusual for them to cancel without charge; they usually charge an early termination fee! Unbelievable!

NO MATTER HOW GREAT THE DEAL THAT IS BEING ADVERTISED IS, IT IS NO GOOD IF YOU NEVER GET THE PHONE, OR IF YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM FOR HOURS EVERY DAY UNTIL AFTER YOUR GRACE PERIOD IS OVER WITH! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

"The ads and confirmation mail promised me a free irock mp3 player, though it does not come. Instead my email was leaked to another "partner" company and request me to pay a S&H fee for another brand crap mp3 player.
I called wirefly CS and was on hold for long time and then India people speaking in hard understand mono-tone and tries very hard to hang me up. Their email always ask me to call them but WTF custmer service they provided.
