"Placed an order on 7/25 for new service with sprint though wirefly ans chose the free 2-3 day shipping option. Shipping was horrible.My package shipped Thrus. 7/26. After I received my tracking info I immediately checked it and my expected delivery date was Sat. 7/28 whcih would have cover the 2-3 day shipping promise. I often check my tracting status and Friday my deliverary date had been changed to Tues. 7/30. I Took off work and remained home all day Tues because the package required a delivery confromation. The fed ex driver never delivered my package. I contacted Fed ex customer service and all I was told is that the driver repoted that he attempted to deliver my package and they would attempt to deliver my package tomorrow Wed.8/1. I am not satisfied at all. I will be mailing fed ex coperate office to file a complaint regarding my shipping. This is not the service I expected from wirefly. My activation date is 7/26 and it is 7/31 and I still have not received my phones. I will never shop here again. I would rather pay more money at a Sprint store rather than not receive my items. 8/1 make an entire week since I ordered my phones. This is terrible!"

"My order was delayed because the phone I chose was no longer available. I was advised to contact Wirefly to select a different phone. When I tried their 800 number, their automated answering wouldn't connect me with a live person. I didn't want to do a "live chat" with their customer service, so I contacted them via email. The order was ultimately fulfilled, and I'm okay with the alternate phone selection. I think they should take another look at their automated answering system."

"I read reviews and after carefully reading numerous sites, I decided to order my upgrade phone. Before ordering online, I called Wirefly to confirm that no changes would be made to my account with the exception of extended contract on my line. Well, guess it is true, no sooner I ordered and Tmobile texted me advising that there was a change to my plan. All phones were extended and my plan was changed. This is not what I agreed to and confirmed with the agent that no change would be made. Now, coming home from work, I have sat on the phone with tmobie to correct the changes and now on hold with wirefly for fifteen minutes...so far anyway. And I have not even received my phone yet..can't wait to see the headache that begins. I now know I should have listened to the reviews that said don't order from here."
"I found the people at Wirefly to be helpful and knowledgeable. Of course they were anxious to have me purchase all these little "extras", like phone insurance, etc. The phone has not arrived yet, so I don't know about the product itself. I did find it somewhat disconcerting that I received a confirmation of my order which did not include one of the services that I had ordered, text option, which now requires me to call them to clarify this matter. Also, the order confirmation did not mention the unlimited night and weekend minutes that I thought I was entitled to, so all in all it was somewhat confusing and not very clear. "
