"I love Yoins and Can't stop purchasing items from there :)
Sometimes the packages take a while to arrive because the times on the website and stock information are not very accurate. However, you get great clothes that look amazing for every occasion for a good price. Not to mention the customer service and response is just fast and super offering a lot of discounts.
My only issue with my orders was that a chain that goes around the hood (with heart-shaped ends) that comes along with one of the black hooded dresses did not actually come with the dress & one of the white dresses was stained. There are always ways to report that to their customer service and they can work out something to amend this for you.
So I definitely recommend Yoins if you are looking for trendy clothes that are affordable as long as you are willing to wait for them and cannot afford more expensive clothes anywhere else. "

"I am having a terrible experience with Yoins. I made a purchase over 2 weeks ago, the charge went through and I was excited to get my shipment. 2 weeks later the site said my order was still not processed so I reached out to them. They stated that two of my items were actually out of stock but they wouldn't refund me the money they would give me credit. I am not sure why it took two weeks for my to find this out, and why I had to be the one to reach out. Yoins should have reached me about this. And why we my 3 other items not shipped? I havent heard back from them with a reply. They should not sell items that they do not have stocked. This site is a scam. "

"My daughter ordered two tops and a number of other dresses from Yoins before her holiday with a delivery date before her departure date. The package arrived after she had left! We waited until she returned and when she tried them on she found they were too tight and wished to return them. She requested online a returns label and was sent one with the details that she should track and return the tops. The post office website does not recognise China in either of their tracked Zones but even if it did the cost of returning these items is almost the same as the cost she paid to get them here in the first place. I have tried to send an email on their website using their "I am not happy with this solution" But the website is not accepting anything via the submit button. Therefore my advice is don't buy anything from this website."
