"I wanted to return a swimsuit and they wanted pictures of everything. I have never dealt with such a company in my life. the products are made to small and took forever to get, then they want pictures? unheard of . I would not recommend this place to anyone."

Because of the hot sale time period, many of the items were ordered and paid at the same time by several customers what caused stock limitation. In order to improve this issue, we show the expected dispatch date on each item page and the payment completed page. So that customer can calculate the estimated date of the restock and process their order reasonably. And we also will provide several options for costumers: wait for restock, change the out of stock item to another similar one or refund the our of stock item. Sorry again for your inconvenience caused by the stocking problems.

Due to the time difference between the countries, it takes 24 hours to reply to your request. And we are afraid that you maybe contact us without the working time. We apologize that you have to wait, and we try our best to improve the service level.

"Ordered a playsuit and a dress to the UK, arrived within approximately 10 days. Was a bit apprehensive but a friend had already received from this site and said hers fitted well. Both are nice fits and the quality is good so have ordered a top which is currently en route."

Very disappointed

"I have ordered a lovely looking long dress from their website, the product I received is a mini dress that looks completely different from the one on their website. The colour is much darker and even the pattern is different. I requested a refund immediately. First, they wanted to negotiate that they can refund 25% of the cost price. Since, they just do not want to send me their return address. Yoins makes it impossible to return the terrible quality dress they sent me."

"I ordered 3 items, after a few weeks I was told one of them was in back order & given the option to wait for it or to remove it from my list. I chose to remove since I had already been waiting a long time for my order to be shipped (almost 2mons). It was coming from China so it takes a while for the items to be shipped.
When I did get my things I was very pleased with the quality. I would definitely order from them again, just keep in mind you have to be very patient because it's not coming from the states.

Horrible Service

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have wasted WEEKS of lies from them. Sometimes an item is in stock or it will take just 3 days.. NO. I am going on Month and a half if not more of wasting my time with them. They took my money, Call me a DEAR, like that is going to appease me and then state when an item is SEE THROUGH.. PM ME, I will send you pics of the white outfits they have that they wanted me to send back on my time, paying for a parcel and the items were defective. They then canceled several of my items even though on their website it shows they will be in stock soon.. I never gave them permission to take my money then cancel an order. I have already waited this long.. SEND ME THE BLACK PLAYSUIT I ORDERED! I placed an order almost 2 months ago. I am still awaiting 4 items. They take your money and then state things are out of stock. They wait for you to contact them 2 weeks later and then state, well, we can ship you some of the items. They should have been shipped without me having to contact them. Then every week they tell you the items that are backordered will only take a few days to get in stock and they never do. Then I received two outfits that were so see through that there is no way I Can wear them in public. They want me to ship them back. That is my time and my money to do so. They say they send a label, but you won't get the shipping money back. Why should I pay to ship back something that is see through and I won't get all of my money back? They are very polite in their letters, but do not follow through with the goods and the goods are cheaply made and from China. I have never had such a horrible experience with a clothing company. Horrible experience

"Bought four dresses a little month ago, need to return these which turned out to be close to impossible from EU. Start writing them about each item then You have to take pictures of each item and start a long written correspondence where you wait for Youns.com to accept and send you a return okay label for each item to ship along each item. They also tell what co. Yoins.com will accept you to ship only track and trace with at your expense, this shipping is more costly than the dresses! Only return possible is China even they shipped out of EU. Quality is not as written but poor china quality. Horrible experience and no refund possible due to above!"
