"I love everything I got but gave 3 stars do to communication. I put my order in, the charge went through the back and almost a month after ordering I receive an email telling me a couple items are on backorder. Well they were available when I ordered but not a month later. They finally decided to see if I wanted something else or to wait and if I wanted the stuff that was ready to go ahead and ship. Um yes!!! Still waiting on the back ordered items because that is what drew me to Yoins in the first place. Then for my inconvience I receive $3 in points. Wow that will do a lot for me and really make me want to come back. There needs to be a faster process of getting the stuff to me or at least communicating with me. You got paid quickly I should get my items quickly. "

Due to the hot sale time period, many of the items were ordered and paid at the same time by several customers what caused stock limitation. In order to improve this issue, we show the expected dispatch date on each item page and the payment completed page. So that customer can calculate the estimated date of the restock and process their order reasonably. And we also will provide several options for costumers: wait for restock, change the out of stock item to another similar one or refund the our of stock item.
