"I was very hesitant after ordering and then finding out coming from China. The delivery was well over 2 weeks.
The pieces I ordered were as described. I do have to return one item as the medium fit like an extra small.
So, now begins the long return process. You fill out form and they have two days to answer.
I will not be ordering from them again."

"I bought several items. The package arrived relatively quickly but there was no invoice, return instructions or return labels inside the package. I have had to submit forms and pictures for every item I aim to return so they will consider sending me return information. The items I ordered do not seem well enough made to withstand laundering, plus most of them ran a big. All I want to do is return the items that do not fit me and I have heard nothing in response to the required submissions (on every single item) for return for 2 days at this point. I say buyers beware if you might need to return something. Hopefully I will hear back from them with a return shipping label soon. Otherwise, I plan to tell everyone not to buy from Yoins. Hopefully I will get my desired return info soon. I've never had so much trouble with a return as with this company. "

"After ordering my clothes I noticed that my order was stored under "Back order" , I guess during my time of selecting the items and paying some became out of stock. I emailed Yoins about what happened and they kindly split my order so my items would ship faster. My first package came today after fixing the issue on April 18th! Very satisfied with my clothes as all of the size guides per item were exact (make sure you measure yourself and compare!) I also recieved a free extra blouse in my package that had been on my wishlist but I had not ordered (This may have been a mistake but it was a wonderful surprise as it fit perfectly and was beautiful on!) Yoins is much better than other sites like Romwe/Shein for customer service issues! And better quality clothes! Will buy again! "
