"I had orginally purchased one wallet [two for one] and my friendly neighborhood post office misplaced the mail--as I found out later. I called y'all and you immediately made up for the mistake the post office had made. Later the original order [417440] got to me. So I contacted y'all to correct the error and buy more wallets for Christmas presents. My experience with y'all makes me want to do more business with you. Do did the customer right in my case and I appreciate it.

"I ordered 6 set of hanging bags and recevied 2 free sets. I used all but three bags. The three bags I did not use seperated from the inside hanging piece and the outside hanger where the vacum valve is located. The weight of ten garmets was to much weight. I repacked five garmets at a time and they held vacum. I guess ten dress shirts is to much weight even though the instructions say the bag holds ten garments. other than that the product seem to be a good buy. Maybe after the garmets hang for a while I can give you an update. The last question deals with a product return question but I do not know if I can get an adjustment on the three bags that tore when the clothes fell after the bag lost vacum and ther hangers tore throught the bag so I will answer the question as n/a."

" Shopping online for 15 years this is the worst experience I have ever had. So far I have paid 50.05 for 6 vaccum bags, 4 months after placing the order. I have had to do all of the follow up no email as to order status, shipping back order or anything. And still the order is incomplete. Stay away from this store a complete rip off. Plan to file a claim with Visa as not reputable "

"My kids wanted to do something nice for my birthday...and bought me a surprise gift from you...FOUR MONTHS early! They were so excited. Unfortunately, it was defective when I opened it, and 'way past the 30 day return policy. But when I explained the special circumstances, Paul in Customer Service did agree to take the item back for a full refund anyway. I will take the money and do something nice for my kids :-).

Online shopping can be risky, but with this kind of customer service I would not hesitate to use you people again. Thanks!

"BUYER BEWARE!!

WWW.YOURSTOREONLINE.COM IS A SCAM!

I order online a lot and this site has by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.

I placed my order on 9/20/11. I received an email stating "Your order has shipped" on the same day. I called for tracking the next day and was informed that my order was backordered for 8 days, although I was never notified. I waited a few days and I called them back on 9/27/11 to cancel my order and the representative who assisted me was like "No problem, I will get that taken care of for you right away and email you the confirmation." I got an email 30 seconds after I got off the phone with this guy and it said "At this time upon request we have canceled your order and have issued a full refund. Please note that all refund checks are mailed to your billing address and take 7-10 days to receive. Below is a copy of your refund for your records." WHY AM I BEING REFUNDED BY CHECK WHEN I PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD!?!?! AND WHY AM I GETTING THIS CHECK IN 7-10 DAYS? They want the extra time to sit on my money and I am infuriated by this whole process. This place is a scam!!! Buyer Beware!!!

(And I ordered from 5 other online companies the same day and have rec'd ALL of my shipments and they were shipped standard ground)

"On June 24, 2011. I ordered a dog potty. It said that day it was shipping. They took my money and then told me it was back ordered for 8 days. Then it was until August 31 then it was September 8. They have stopped communicating with me. Don't do business with this store.

"Beware of this company!

Almost 2 weeks ago, I ordered a Grabber, the tool that helps you pick up things from the floor without bending. I had to call the following day to get an order # and confirmation that didn't arrive by email. Then 6 days ago, I get a "Your order is being shipped" email. I called customer service this morning to get a tracking # and they claim they have to have the warehouse email it to me because they're using an "in-house" system. Since when does customer service from any company you order something from not have immediate access to a tracking # for a package that was "supposedly" shipped to you? Then I was told it really shipped out 2 days ago by UPS Ground, not the 6 they claimed in the email. That means if I was told the truth, I won't see the package until sometime next week as it's going from CA to NY. Total time from order to delivery, at least THREE WEEKS!

See what I'm getting at about this company, folks?

Now, I'm waiting with baited breath for the tracking # to show up in my email later today as promised, and for what condition the merchandise will be in when it finally does show up.

Next day:
It wasn't until about 5:00 AM this morning, about 20 HOURS after I was promised to be emailed a tracking # that it finally did show up. Based upon the UPS tracking info, it wasn't really shipped until 10:43 PM last night! Now I wonder whether it would have shipped at all had I not called.

This company has customer service reps that LIE to you. They charge your credit card right away and sit on the order until you call and complain. Meanwhile, they get to use YOUR MONEY for free in the interim.

"i ordered under the bed shoe organizers on August 9th. 2 weeks ago i spoke with someone who told me my order will ship in a few days. i called just a few days ago and was told my order was on backorder but came in "today" and would ship tomorrow. i called today AGAIN, and was told that its been given to UPS and their "corporate HQ in California" emails the tracking #'s and i should get it within minutes. its been HOURS and still nothing. I just noticed that they have a logo that says "hacker proof" but my web browser is telling me this is not a secure site and has a big red "X" thru HTTPS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL FUNCTIONING AND HAVENT BEEN SHUT DOWN."
