"I bought the aluminum wallets in purple.I had purchased the other brand that's advertised on TV.and had to return both because there were dents on one side.I was able to find these wallets in purple and Joe @ custserv helped me with questions that I had with shipping.I got the wallets in a couple of days and I love the color,the wallet was nice but it didn't hold all the C/C's that I need but I still am happy with my purchase.

"I have ordered a product called pajama jeans from this web site - yourstoreonline.com the picture, description and so called testimonies of others sounded great.
I did not receive the product for 5 weeks (but my account was charged the day I placed an order) finally it came. I could not believe my eyes. The pants look like early 80 stiff jeans (the website describes it as- "unique material interior feels soft to the hand"), the "boot-cut they describe" has nothing to do with what every other retailer would sell under this name. Their size chart suggested that I should by size L, which I thought is kind of strange, so now the pants are about 3 sizes too big and about 3 inches too short. And finally, I have ordered a black jeans and got something between blue and grey.
When I called customer service, they told me that I could sure return the product but the shipping cost, both ways, is on me. When I tried to explain that it does not seem fair, since I did not get what I ordered the rep ignored any argument on my part and said that this is their policy and that is it.

"Never received order though was told twice it shipped. I had to call them after a month of placing the order. Terrible communication. Now I can't get credit processed. They will not credit the card they charged but have said a check has been issued because I will receive it "faster". Nothing received yet and it's been weeks. Do not buy from this company."

"I ordered space saving bags to move from this seller. Website says ships same day. 2 days after it didn't ship I emailed the company and got no response. I called 4 days later and still didn't ship. Company refused to expedite shipping for me. They also refused to give me my money back the way I paid, only through a check. What a disappointment!!!"

"Absolutely the most awful company to deal with! My order was backordered and I was never notified of that. The site just said processing. Their hours are horrendous for an Internet company. You can not reach anyone after 5:00 and no weekends. The people are extremely unfriendly when you talk to them. I cancelled the order as it was handicapped bars for my shower. my Mother was coming to visit and I needed them ASAP. They charged my credit card, even though I cancelled. I called them and they said they had issued a check. After waiting for over 2 weeks, I called my credit card company and put the transaction in "Dispute". Only then did I receive the check. Terrible company, bad hours, and rude customer service. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!,"

I ordered a Potty Patch because my dog was having surgery, it took me THREE WEEKS just to find out that it was back ordered and I didnt even get it until weeks later. "Worst customer service!!!! They LIE LIE LIE..I placed an order for space saver bags and within minutes of placing order I canceled the order.. This was on a weekend so of course I had to wait until Mon. to speak to anyone to make sure order was canceled. Money came out of my bank account as soon as I bought the item (and that was ok. Called on Monday..yes order is canceled. "Your bank account will be refunded within 3 days. I wait and wait and wait. No money.. So I call again. "Oh we do not refund to your bank we mail out a check. It has been cut and mailed should have it in 3 or 4 days. Well after many calls still no check and no money in account..SO DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!! I have sent all my friends and family emails warring them about this company. And I am going to post on facebook too."
