"As part of my wife’s anniversary present, I decided to buy her a new pair of running shoes to replace the ragged one’s she had been wearing. I finally selected a pair of Mizuno’s that I thought she would like, and before checking out I decided to add a pair of the men’s to the order (as a treat for myself).

The order was delivered a few weeks later, and it was torture not breaking out my pair before our anniversary. Both myself and my wife love running in the shoes, and plan to come back to ZB Sports when these wear out."

"Very good prices but very slow shipping and poor communication. I received a fast note right after ordering a pair of sneakers, but then nothing for almost two weeks. I inquired and did get a response (that the delay was due to the 3 day weekend -- no idea why that would delay things more than a day) and eventually the shoes shipped. I got them 16 business days after ordering (over 3 weeks in overall days). I'll order from them again since I don't see anybody else with this vast selection of sizes and widths for a fairly discounted price, but the delays and lack of communication are a disappointment."

"I was thrilled to see the ZBSports carried my size in so many shoes! I wear a size 11 and frequently run into stores that stop their sizes at a 10. I was shopping for a new pair of outdoor sandals, and ended up finding a great pair online. I wasn’t familiar with the brand, but I took a chance and they’ve turned out to be as comfortable as they looked.

The selection is large, and I also found some socks that I liked. I haven’t had a chance to try them out but, judging from the sandals, I’m sure I’ll be happy.

"Zbsports is an absolute disaster. All online stores estimate that orders will take an inappropriately long time to be sent/received, but in EVERY store other than zbsports this estimate was an extreme overstatement meant to cover worst case scenario orders. Zbsports appears to keep very little of their "supply" actually in the store, thus they have to order your order from the manufacturer. This adds at the very least a full week to any order. BUYER BEWARE: zbsports orders are expected to take at least 2 weeks to be received by the customer. I think their slight discount on items is not worth the large wait. Additionally zbsports supports some questionable charities that all appear to be run by eco-hippies that completely disregard scientific data that undermines the causes they so adamantly support. I truly wish I had read all of their fine print and researched their charities before placing my order."

" It was one of the mot horrible experience I ever had. I ordered a ski jacket and ski pants and I never received an email back. After 4 days someone called me and said that they were out of the items so the order was cancelled. I was unhappy because I had to go to ski and I was expecting what I had ordered. Anyway I went ahead and I ordered somewhere else. Surprisingly ZBSport shipped my ski pants after 2-3 weeks. I called them and they said that who called me was someone from a store inside them store and he canceled the order for the jacket but not for the pants and so, them without communicating with me, without sending any email, very cold and rude in the phone, carefree about my money and my information, shipped me the pants from th order that they themselves canceled. Now I had to pay for the shipping back, from the amount that I paid they took off all them fees that they want and, and they don't gave me the money back but they gave me a store credit, so me after this unbelievable experience, I still have to spend money in them store. This it was one of the most unshameful stilling. I still don't understand that such a disgusting way of stilling exist freely online. I strongly recommend everybody to stay far from dealing with them."

The order took 12 days from order to receipt of the shoes at my door, which is what the shipping page on the website specified. A little longer than some other places, but the savings was worth the wait. They had both my husbands size 14's and my 9AA in stock and at an unbeatable price.
