"I believe it would have been more beneficial when I was trying to use the face feature to match frames to have known that FIRST you need to Create an account. It would bounce me all over the site telling me these frames don't work, etc. but as soon as I created the account, it went smoother. (Note: it would be helpful if the site was more intentional about pointing out plastic frames vs wire, etc. I did not catch this and accidently ordered metal with NOSE PADS which are already eating into my nose when I should have ordered plastic frames. Perhaps you could create a question to "verify" that people are ordering what they really want. This was definitely my lack of knowledge in using the site as I've never ordered online before so I learned something new."
