"The website froze many times, so it made it difficult to 'try on' glasses. The glasses I received a very thin. I paid $16 extra for faster shipping but it still took 2 weeks go to my glasses. Disappointing experience. I don't think I'll use Zenni again. Also my doctor referred me to use this company, with the idea that I could get the glasses quickly and affordably. The $15 pair of glasses ended up costing well over that. For $50+ the expectations were not met."
