"The first glasses were the wrong lenses, the second was better but not quite right. The refund was easy though."
"I got an email that the post office delivered my glasses on Saturday. I checked my mailbox, and they were not in there. The post office that was supposed to deliver my glasses misplaced them and I had to contact customer support through Zenni as I was afraid the post office staff put them in the wrong mailbox. Zenni was offering to make and send a new pair to me free of charge. It turns out the post office "found" my glasses/package and put them into the correct mailbox by Tuesday. I checked my mailbox, and they were in there. I called Zenni back and informed them that the post office contacted me and did put them in the correct mailbox and now I have them so no need to send another pair. Customer service was wonderful, and I really appreciate Zenni and their staff! Thank you! "
