"I ordered a Canon EOS 350D camera kit from ZipZoomFly. I chose to order it from ZipZoomFly because they had a better price than most other merchants, and I've always had excellent experiences with ZipZoomFly.

My order arrived quickly a few days after I ordered it. The camera was packed well and arrived in excellent condition.

There was one minor issue with my order. I received an e-mail from ZipZoomFly asking me to contact them before my order would ship. They wanted to verify my address. I had to call them twice and wait on hold awhile before I was able to speak with a person able to resolve the issue. I believe they attempted to call me before sending me the e-mail asking me to call, but I was not available to take the call. This was the first problem I've ever had with a ZipZoomFly order.

Overall, I am very satisfied with ZipZoomFly, and I would highly recommend them!

"I've used this site in the past for personal purchases and never had a problem. My current order fraudulently indicates that it has shipped when customer service confirmed that it has not shipped. They even provided me a tracking number which Fed-Ex has no knowledge of. My credit card has already been charged for this purchase. Customer service says that the item went out of stock between when I placed the order and it was filled. The web site still indicates that the item is in stock. This is fraudulent behavior. I will be cancelling my order, desputing the credit card charges, and will never use this site for purchases of any kind."

Monday notified of issue, disclaimed, and item invoiced/billed and shipped on Monday WITH no rebate. Invoiced at $110, with rebate denial, yet NewEgg has the same item with no rebate, $20 cheaper s/h included. This is a 14% overbilling due to questionable marketing scheme.
