"I was on Cnet.com comparing digital cameras and finally found one that I wanted. So I looked at the stores that had it in stock and that's when I found ZipZoomFly.com. They had the camera that I wanted at the lowest price I could find. The camera that I wanted was a Canon PowerShot SD700 IS which usually goes for $499 and they had it for $445 which saved me about $55. I also went ahead and purchased a Sandisk 2GB Ultra II Secure Digital SD Memory Card which I believe usually goes for about $129.99 but they had it for $87 which saved me about $43. In total I saved about $98 and the shipping was free. The same day that I made my purchase I received an e-mail saying that my order was packed and I needed to verify the shipping address. So I called and told them my order number and verified my address. The next day my order was shipped! I received my order the day they said it would arrive. Great service! I have had no problems with the camera. I have never had that fast of service ever ordering something online. I think they have some good deals and fast sevice! "

"I have purchased a few items from ZZF--mainly stock memory and OEM processors in December 2005, and the process was relatively satisfactory.
Recently, in June 2006,however, I ordered a 19" ViewSonic wide-screen monitor in the evening on June 9th. The following two days, the 10th and 11th, the monitor dropped in price, and on the 12th, there was a 20 dollar rebate added.
I called to cancel(twice), logged in to the website (twice), and called my credit card company. The monitor was shipped out, against my wish, and all contacts via phone and email were ignored. When the monitor arrived, it was actually a 17 inch wide screen!
Customer service misled me further about the validity of the rebate by sending further false information, and refused to honor invoice for rebate even though shipment and billing occurred on the 12th of June!
In addition, customer service agent "David",upon a fourth call to ZZF, refused to connect me to superviser, refused to issue RMA, and added "you will be paying a 15 percent re-stocking fee".At this point I had a meltdown, and seared his ears with several choice expletives.
I called a 5th and 6th time, and was able to speak with an operations manager, explained myself for the 4th time, but he still would not honor the rebate, but agreed to take back the monitor without a restocking fee.
To make a long story short, the aggravation and idiocy displayed by ZZF (through something entirely of their creation)serves to reiterate the fact that they are nothing but a re-shipper, disguised as a reseller. I'll save myself the return shipping, and sell the monitor at a discount to a client to rid myself of this headache.
I would recommend that YOU NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ZZF! I certainly won't---this epic episode was a valuable lesson in (lack of) customer service. In all of my dealings over the past 5 years, ZZF ranks as one of the worst e-tailers I have seen!
Do yourself a favor---PAY THE SHIPPING---and choose a more reliable customer service oriented competitor! ZZF has lost my business for life!"
"They say you never find out how good a company is until you have some sort of trouble. Well, I've had trouble. I was not shipped part of my order that according to the website said shipped. The packing slip says its backordered. Yet I was billed. I tried to get in touch with Zipzoomfly about the status and they have ignored my emails and my phone calls. I've bought thousands of dollars of products from them and they are willing to lose my business over a $25 part. I am amazed at this level of thinking."
"I ordered some RAM which was in stock. I needed it fast so I paid extra for 2-day shipping. The package sat in their warehouse and my order showed "packed" as the status for a week. So much for getting it fast. They state it may take up to 2 days to ship. This took a little longer. Next time I'll order from someplace else that ships fast even if I have to pay a little more."

Pricewise ZZF is about the same as most other places, but their shipping costs are what give them the edge. They still use fedex which i like much better than ups.

"I ordered a few items on May 26, including an Asus P5N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard. When the items were delivered,the motherboard would not power on. I tryed 3 power supplies but none worked. I called Asus tech support and Zipzoomfly were I was told from both companies that the motherboard was dead. I RMA'ed it through Zipzoomfly and payed 15 dollars to get it shipped back to them for a replacement. Two days after they received it they sent me an email that said the CPU socket pins were bent and I needed to pay $40 to get it repaired. I called customer service(it took 8 trys to get through) and told them that I never installed a processor in the motherboard because it would not power on. The cap the protects the socket pins was never even removed. After speaking with the main manager(McGraw) I was told that if I didn't pay the $40 the dead motherboard would be sent back to me. So I had no choice but to pay. I don't understand how I could be charged $40 to repair something that was sent to me broken. That's $55 extra that I paid for this motherboard. And Get This, one week after I paid the $40 repair fee the "new replacement motherboard" arrives at my door. I open it and find a handwritten note inside that states, "Replaced Brand New Motherboard, Returned Your Original Accessories". They sent me a new motherboard with my old accessories, that's fine with me. BUT when I remove the motherboard from the electrostatic bag, I notice that it is the wrong model. They sent me an Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard. You would think that if they would make a mistake they would at least send me a motherboard with the same cpu socket. In this case the sent me and AMD motherboard instead of an Intel. Makes you wonder what kind of people zipzoomfly employees. Today is Friday. I've been calling Zipzoomfly customer service since 3pm central time. That's 5 and 1/2 hours trying to get through to someone and no luck. Now I have to wait till Monday to speak to someone about getting the correct motherboard sent to me. I will probably have to pay to ship it back to them before they will send me mine and the bad thing is that I am leaving out of town Sunday night so I wont be able to ship it back till I get back on Thursday. This will be my last purchase from Zipzoomfly. I have never had this much trouble with Newegg. Word of advice, stay far away from Zipzoomfly. Go Newegg."
