"I was drawn to Zipzoomfly.com because of their prices. I bought a mobo, CPU, and video card for roughly $1200 and that was the best price I could find on the 'Net. The motherboard I received was defective so I submitted an online RMA request on their site, at the end of which a screen came up and stated that someone would get back to me within 48 hours.
That did not happen.
So I submitted a request to Customer Service to follow up on my initial RMA request. An hour later I received my RMA number.
The problem then became that Zipzoomfly does not offer advance repacement of parts secured by credit card. That's HORRIBLE!!!
With any order, if I have a problem what I and every customer wants is to have it resolved quickly. The RMA person explained to me that the turn around time is typically a week. So let's do the math: 2 days to get there, a week there, and another 2 days in transit. So best case scenario I wait to weeks to have this resolved. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I do not recommend them. If you are lucky enough to receive your order without any problems then more power to you. If, on the other hand, you have a problem...well be prepared to have your money tied up while these guys get you through their customer "non-service" system. Never again..."
