"I left a well known egg supplier because of their poor customer service. I have plaved several orders with ZipZoomFly and will see how it goes. Their prices are not that great but price is npot everything. Their orders out of the house is not that fast. Anyone can take an order, sell goods and make a profit and get it out the door in a few days. Everyone can do that. Its service when things go wrong that makes the difference and we are holding judgement until we have to use it.

"The websites good, better layout would be great. I've ordered twice from zipzoomfly.com and their shipping is phenominal, that is if they can get your order correct. My first order went great, this order went bad, I ordered a CPU & a motherboard, when I got the package it was a CPU and a powersupply, someone who packed it transposed two numbers making my package wrong, and me default on a contract. getting any type of customer support was insane... the only thing I can say is order items seperately..."

"I was completely disapointed. Item that is out of stock is listed as in stock. They even said they had shipped to me. I checked my order to make sure it had said shipped and indeed it had said shipped. Called customer service and they told me they had send an email telling me it was out of stock. I never received that email, though I did recieve others letting me know my order had shipped. I can understnad mistakes but deceit is not acceptable."
"Took 5 days to ship my order, even thought they sent an email saying it was shipped the day after order was placed. Never answered my email inquiring my order's progress. Spend five more dollars and shop else where."
"I will comment on this in the order that it happened:
1. The order went well. That is where this deal quites being good.
2. Order was placed on Sunday with two day shipping for free. It didn't ship till Wed, but it did arive in two days from that point.
3. $800 worth of parts was left on my step in plain view of street at xmas time and was removed. No signature was required, so Fedex left it.
4. Called zipzoomfly when the order showed delivered but no package on the step.
5. No luck with 8 calls as their customer service never answers, or CALLS BACK ON MESSAGES.
6. I email them with no luck either
7. Finally get ahold of them and they file a claim with Fedex on the 20th of December. Told to wait 2-3 weeks for response
8. After a month, no callback, so I again attempt to call them. Again it takes 8-10 calls to finally get someone.
9. Get claim number for Fedex claim, call fedex only to find out they opened a claim, but never sent details for reason of claim. Won't take it from me, so claim still sits with no results.
10. Call zzf back to inquire why claim is dormant. Told it will be taken care of.
11. That was a month ago. Two months have transpired and no action has been taken barring the charge on my credit card that is acruing interest. Have run out of patience with the non-existant customer service at zzf, so have intitiated a charge reversal with Chase Credit cards. Hopefully that will wake zzf up.
Stay away from ZZF. If your order goes wrong, their customer service will not give you the time of day once they have your money. I am also filing a claim with the better buisness buerea."
