"Never purchased from ZZF before, so this was my first experience. Ordered an AMD 3700+ cpu on sunday night (Jan 29) purchased with Paypal, and recieved the cpu Jan 31. Shipping was free, and fast. The price was around $20 less than the big competitor. My first experience was very good. Their website is easier to navigate too. Found things very easily without having to scratch my head to find specific things. "

"Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Now I know why their ratings have continued to drop. Perhaps they are okay with a very simple, in-stock order, but if things go wrong, they go TERRIBLY WRONG. Here now, the facts:
****They list items as IN STOCK when they are not. Even after being on BACK ORDER for a week.
****They indicate your order status as PACKED and cannot be canceled when in fact the item was never in stock.
****They charge your credit card even though they never had the item to sell you.
****When you call to inquire after 5 days of the status saying PACKED, you have to dial a long distance number. THEY HAVE NO 800 NUMBER.
****When you call you are put on hold and then told all reps are busy and are put through to a voice mail, at which time you are DISCONNECTED.
****When you repeatedly call back and finally get through to voice mail, you are told the MAILBOX IS FULL!!!
****After numerous attempts you finally reach a completely useless rep who tells you they don't know why the item is listed as IN STOCK when it has been out of stock for over 5 days, they don't know why your credit card was charge 5 days ago even though they don't have the item to sell you, and they will get back to you with more information and then you hear NOTHING for days.
****You then try emailing them and the email IS NOT RETURNED.
****You are not allowed to cancel your order even though it is on BACK ORDER, they don't know when it will be in, and they have charged your card. All while you have paid for 2nd-day shipping.
As of this writing it is EIGHT DAYS since the order was placed with 2nd-day shipping and still no item, and still no response to my email inquiries. But my card was charged six days ago!
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! For laughs, try calling their C/S number and see if you get through. ***-***-****. If after an hour or so you do, ask why items that have been on BACK ORDER for a week are still listed as IN STOCK, sucking in unsuspecting customers for a TERRIBLE experience.

"I have ordered many times in the past from zipzoomfly and have always had great service, prices, and on-time delivery. This time was no exception to that. Although one item did carry a shipping fee with it due to it being large and heavy item, the shipping cost on it was less by about $5 to the nearest competitor that I could find. This is what sold me once again on this purchase. Also on top of that, as usual, all smaller items shipped free which is why I come back here time and time again. The reason I harp on the shipping cost so much is because the same day I made this order I ordered a few items from a competitor and got charge $4.99 shipping on a $5.99 item. "I had been browsing ZipZoomFly for the past couple of months because of their low shipping prices. When it came time to order ZZF had the same, if not lower prices for the things that I wanted off of Newegg. I ordered all of my stuff off ZZF on the 19th (Thursday very late at night) By the 20th they had already had my order ready but it did not say it shipped, I was a little frustrated that it did not ship because most places process and ship it in one day, however I later received an email saying that they shipped my order out on Friday. The only problem was that I got the email confirmation at 3:30AM which was a minor inconvenience. By the 23rd (Monday) FedEx had the package at the right sorting facility but they just chose not to deliver it (Not ZZF's fault) I wasn't really that upset because all the rest of my order was still on its way from Newegg and this is the first time FedEx has done this (Cant say the same for UPS :P ). When I got my package from ZZF I found that it was very well packed with packing peanuts everywhere. The OEM hard drive even came encased in a foam brick which was pretty cool. Everything worked as it should so I can't say how ZZF's customer service was but I can say that they are fast to ship and have great prices. I will definitely be using ZZF for future. purchases"
"Ordered a 300 GB hard drive early Friday morning. By that evening I had my tracking number and it was on the way via their free 2 day service.
As promised it delivered two days later packed well, in great condition, and exactly what was ordered.
The service was flawless. I don't expect any problems so I cannot comment on their customer service but they got it out the door quickly.
This was my first ZZF order (usually shop NewEgg) but with NewEgg's rising shipping costs I am glad I tried ZZF. I'll be ordering from them again.

"I ordered a tablet pc for our office ($1600) 3 weeks ago. I received an email that said it shipped a few days later (along with another item I ordered at the same time). The other item arrived, the tablet pc is still not here. Three phone calls (where all you can do is leave a message and "someone will get back to you" and they don't!) and emails.. and I've gotten zero response! I am now contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges! This is the worst company I've ever dealt with!!!"

Then I ordered from ZipZoomFly. The order was promptly processed, the item was in stock, the item was shipped fast by Fed-Ex. They even used packing peanuts for a motherboard shipped in a Fed-Ex overnight box. Talk about attention to detail!!
