A small negative was that the order staying in 'processing' status for over 24 hours. Same-day shipping would be nice. But overall, if you know exactly what you want and you don't need any handholding, but want low prices and fast delivery, these are the guys."
"GoogleGear's transition to ZZF has been accompanied by a transition of a different kind; a change to a level of customer service that has become so mercenary, as to be better described as customer "dis-service". Suffice it to say, that when one loses the ability to involve management in a request for a re-stocking fee adjustment, and that the rules can't be changed, and are locked in one mode only - you lose -, it begs the question; "why should I buy from these people?". Back when they were GoogleGear, one could ask for a review of re-stocking fees, and if, as in my case, the items were never opened, or, as is also in my case, the price on one item dropped 20%, less than a week after the item was received, you at least stood a *CHANCE* that a customer-friendly manager might reduce, or waive the re-stock altogether. Not anymore. Forget customer service with ZZF; once they have your money, you'd better pray to God that nothing goes wrong with your equipment, or that nothing in your plans changes in any way, or you will pay, and pay dearly."

Have had parts sit in the "packed, awaiting shipment" phase for days. Customer service dept is a bit snappish, and a bit hard to deal with, low desire to be helpful. "

If you do, expect a phone call to verify that you did place order and the address is correct even though they ask you for your credit card company's phone number. Then they take one day to process the order. Then it takes another day to pack the order. Then a third day to give it to FedEx. If you try to call them at 8:30am you will not get them. The phone actually gets picked up at 8:40am."

After getting a hold of someone, they tell me the item is back ordered and there is no ETA, meanwhile my credit card was charged right away."
