"Can't fault the shipping - the product (an A8N-SLI motherboard) shipped the same day - but I am very disappointed with their customer service. I made the wrong choice of motherboard and sought to return it. The box was unopened - the board, cables, CD, etc., were all still sealed. I asked if the restocking fee of 15% could be lessened slightly, given that the cost of restocking a product still in 'brand new' condition is less than having to reseal opened goods, etc. Customer service were completely unobliging - the 15% fee would be the same whatever condition the goods were returned in. I may as well have opened it up and benchmarked it, just to get my 'money's worth' in that case. When I changed my mind over a Newegg purchase, they voluntarily waived the restocking fee completely - it's a shame that ZipZoomFly were so unobliging."
"If NewEgg or Monarch Computer or MWave have the item in stock, PAY THE EXTRA MONEY and get it from there. Their processing time is extreme BS in this digital age. Even when you do contact customer service, they say nothing can be done. Hats off to NewEgg who does MORE volume and gets everything out SAME DAY. AVOID this company unless it is a LAST resort"

"On December 23, 2005 I ordered a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 and Comfort Optical Mouse 3000 Value Pack OEM. It came with Free 2 Day shipping so I figured this would be a very good deal at only $41.99. I wait around for delivery and never receive the item. I call up the delivery company and contact ZipZoomFly about this as well, and I was given the run-around for WEEKS. It takes about 4-5 days just for someone from ZipZoomFly to contact you, ridiculous.
I FINALLY got a response from a FedEx representative stating that they received a claim from ZipZoomFly and I should be contacted by them any day now. Well, that was two weeks ago, and it's been almost a month since the package was "delivered". I contacted ZipZoomFly again and they gave me the same ol' run-around "No new information at this time".
I'm really at a loss of what to do here, but I am VERY dissatisfied with ZipZoomFly's customer service, or lack thereof. I will continue to wait for a response since that's all I CAN do."
"Products seem to be cheaper at zipzoomfly, and they attract you with the free 2 day shipping, but... there customer support is non-existent. You can never get through to there long distance number, I have yet to talk to any person from the company. My order says "processing"... I originally wanted to call and confirm the shipping address, since it was different from my billing address but I have yet to talk to any customer service representative, very frustrating. "The worst store I have ever bought from. The customer service is the worse you can never get a hold of them there message system said I couldn't leave message because the mail box was full. I was calling them from 10:00am tell :5:00pm and only got ahold of them I think 5 times and problem was never solved. Don't even think you can cancel because they will send it out anyways, I canceled 4 times then called to make sure it was and they said no but we will now. Next thing I new I got an email saying it was sent. "This is the third time I have ordered something from ZZF. Like others have mentioned if you never have to deal with customer service or make a return there's no problem. God help you if you do. I ordered a motherboard/processor combo that was DOA. After reading some the experiecnes of others about ZZF's customer service I decided to have the motherboard/processer tested by two local A+ certified technicians in case I had to request a chargeback from Visa. They both agreed that what I recieved was defective. I recieved an RMA from ZZF and returned the MB/Processor asking for a replacement. A few days later I recieved an email from David Huang at ZZF stating that their technician said there was nothing wrong with the product and they could either send it back to me or issue a refund minus 15% and shipping and handling charges - there were no S&H charges as stated on their website and my invoice. So, I have no idea how much they will deduct from my original bill. Long story short I told them to issue a refund and then immediately called my Visa company to explain the situation to them. They said they would issue a chargeback and requested all the paper work and information I had and said they would deal with it. Needles to say, this will be my last order from this company."
