"2GB memory kit arrived in three days. Very good. One module was D.O.A. (not ZZF fault). From there things went downhill fast. Filled out the RMA form on their website. No response. Called on phone. Impossible to talk to a real human. Left message. No response. Sent email. No response. I called the memory manufacturer, who will honor the warranty, but this shouldn't be necessary. If everything works, ZZF has good prices and fast shipping. If you have problems, you are on your own. "
"Ordered 2nd day fedex on Jan. 14, shipped Jan. 19, wont be here till 23rd. Customer service was useless. Order everything else from newegg on same day, got here on the 18th. Still waiting, Oh did I mention customer service was useless.

Interesting I received a call from them yesterday to verify an order I had placed a few hours earlier. When I asked why, the CSR stated that they've had a lot of fraudulent orders lately.
After reading through some of the recent horror stories here makes me wonder though. I just hope I don't have an experience like some of these people."
"Ok, so I placed my Order on Sunday. They don't do Order Processing on the weekends, so when I checked my order Status on Monday, I was pleased to see it was already Packed and ready to go at 7am. Fedex picked up the order and I paid for 5-7day UPS Ground not Fedex, and it was delievered to me in 2 days with my other order that I had Free 2nd day shipping with. I was outstanded! First time ordering parts online and ZZF has deffinately gaurenteed to be the place I order from in the future.
Ok, so now to the order, I ordered an Antec P180 Computer Case, great case, heavy, and nicely built. No dents, no scratches, packaging was the standard box, and not even a dent in the box. A++ for ZZF on that and A++ for FedEx.
This is by far the best case on the market, and it was well worth it. Thanks ZipZoomFly for the fast and great service."

"Upgraded the Optical Drive, Motherboard, and CPU on my wife's computer. All parts arrived in pristine condition, completely working, and no scratches/etc on anything.
Prices were a smidge higher than Newegg.com had, but I ended up saving more after they threw in free 2-day FedEx, and tax free in jersey.
Haven't had to return anything, so I can't really give a rating on their customer service, but ordering went through without a hitch. (I've got a wierd addy that sometimes doen't process)

Just ordered a new Gigabyte GeForce 6600 256MB. Arrived in PERFECT condition, and I got it for a helluva deal. Actually had to deal with their customer service a bit, and I had NO problems whatsoever. I have no idea where everyone's seeing these problems. I wasn't on hold at all, they were kind and curteous, and were willing to work with me on the problem I had. (accidentally got the pci-x instead of the AGP)

"I have used ZipZoomFly for many years now. I have ordered well in excess of $35,000 worth of equipment from them over the years. In my opinion ZipZoomFly has significantly degraded in quality and service over the past 6 months. If you have ANY kind of problem at all, it can take hours on the phone, their email responses are non-existant, and they'll accuse you of fraud even though they have no real proper tracking between their warehouse and invoicing system. Be VERY careful about whats in the box and what they SAY is in the box!!"
"On Jan. 16th, I received an e-mail stating that my order had been shipped (this is after a phone call to verify my address, so everything should have been taken care of). I had a FedEx tracking number and everything. When there were no updates on the 17th, I started wondering if it had been shipped. On the 18th, with still no tracking update, I spent an hour trying to get through to Customer Service only to get an answering machine that wouldn't take anymore messages because it was full. So I sent an e-mail requesting an update. When I saw it was going to take about TWO DAYS to respond to my inquiry, I tried calling again. This time I was able to at least leave a message. I detailed my concerns and left my name, order number, and a phone number they can call me at.
I still have not received a call or an e-mail, but I noticed that my product was finally shipped out yesterday (according to FedEx), TWO DAYS LATER THAN EXPECTED! What's the point of two day shipping when it takes two days just to get the dumb thing out the door?
This was my first purchase at ZipZoomFly.com, and unfortunately, will be my last. Your shipping process leaves much to be desired, and your Customer Service is the worst I've ever dealt with."

"Slow shipping. Offers free 2-day on a lot of merchandise but has difficulty getting the shipments out within a two-day time frame. I ordered a case and other components. ZZF got the case out by the 2nd business day but the other components didn't ship until the following day.
A floppy drive was delivered defective. I submitted a request for a RMA. They do not send out emails so don't expect to hear from a customer service person within 2 days. If the RMA goes through you have to log on to the ZZF web site and look up the status. Why can't they send out a RMA email? Other companies offer this courtesy.
My drive was sent back via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. On Tues. Jan 17 at 1:38pm the post office tried to make my delivery but no one was available to accept the delivery. USPS left a notice that the package can be redelivered or picked-up at the post office. As of today, the status of my RMA on the ZZF web site is still "Waiting for return". Hello, is anyone home??!!!
What kind of business is unavailable to accept packages at 1:30pm on a workday? Thank goodness I'm returning a floppy drive and not something really expensive. I'd be even more upset.
I will not do business with them again. Their reseller rating tells a story that I should have paid attention to. In the six months since I last did business with them, their customer service and shipping has gone downhill fast.
