"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Zipzoomfly.com sent me a defective keyboard, then charged me a 15% restocking fee to send it back!!!! So, I paid to have it shipped to me, paid to ship it back, then paid a 15% restocking fee...for nothing.

They have the worst return policy of any company I've ever done business with and a "pass the buck" mentality in customer service.

"Bought 2 Seagate Momentus laptop harddrives from them and had them overnighted because my laptop crashed and it was urgent. They were the only retailer that had the model I wanted. Unfortunately, they didn't bother shipping them out, even though on the order status paged it said "Shipped" - a lie. They called the next day, around the time I was expecting the package, to explain this to me and ask if I still wanted the order, but that it wouldn't get get there until Monday. They don't deliver on weekends, and I was originally expecting the package on Friday. It made me mad because I really wanted them for the weekend. And I paid for overnight shipping that took 4 days.

I shipped it back via fedex 2nd day and they received and processed the return in 1 day. I also requested that they ship the replacement back to me via fedex 2 day and they did.
