"I purchased a $ 483.00 computer case from zip zoom fly and paid for 2nd shipping. The first tracking information I recieved said that I would recieve my package on time. When I checked the following day the tracking information shows it will be a 5 day deliver. When I contacted zipzoom fly I was told they would not return any of my money for the shipping payment. I guess if I get a defective case I will not get a refund for that either. Don't pay for 2nd day deliver with zip zoom fly becuase you will be donating to there cause. I could have purchased the case at NewEgg for just a few dollars more and I would have already had it. "

It's been 4+ years since I built a new machine so shopped around and found the best deals on ten (10) core products including CPU, Mobo, PSU, Video Card, HDD, DVD, Memory, even Vista 64 bit Basic. Order placed on 08/09 (Saturday). Fed Ex 2-4 day delivery option was selected. Package was shipped on 08/12 (Tuesday) from CA and was at my door on 08/14 (Thursday) in NY in perfect condition. "Wow!! This was my first purchase with ZZF, and I will be a return customer. I got a great price on my Canon camera, reasonable shipping rates (I even upgraded to 2 day shipping for just $1.50 extra). The camera arrived on time, and was exactly as advertized on the web. ZZF is not like the web scam sites that ask you to call back and try to upsell you or sell gray market products. This is the real deal, and ZZF is a real legitimate company. "On a Tuesday I placed an order for a couple of SanDisk secure digital cards at a great price with ZipZoomFly. I was a little concerned about the order because of some of the negative reviews that I had read when checking this vendor out. By the following Monday I was beginning to wonder about the order since I had not received anything other than the initial automatic order acknowledgment email. Then I received a politely worded notice that they were out of stock for that item, and had to cancel my order. There are both positives and negatives about the way they handled this:

POSITIVES: They did get back to me with the politely worded cancellation notice. As a customer I realize that they cannot always have every item in stock, and I appreciate being kept informed so I can order the product somewhere else.

NEGATIVES: 1) It would have been nicer if they had given me the option of a rain check for the items at the same price. Instead, their Web site now lists the item at a much higher price, although it still shows the product is unavailable.

2) It would have been a little better if they had gotten back to me in fewer than four business days to let me know, although maybe they had been in doubt themselves about when they would get replacements in from their supplier.

On the whole, I think that ZZF handled this reasonably well, and, if they had a great price, I would consider buying from them again."

"First of all I was very cautious about buying a camera online. All I hear about is the bait and switch scams. It makes me question every good deal out there. I have nothing but good praises for the folks at ZipZoomfly.com. They were advertising a great price on a Canon Digital SLR camera. So I checked Resseller Ratings and they had a fair review. I decided to give them a try. I ordered the camera online for a great price. About a hour later I get a call from them. I am thinking to myself great here is the start of a scam. To my pleasent surprise they are just calling to confirm the delivery address and that the camera will ship out the next business day. I check my account with them the next day and the camera had shipped and I was given a tracking number. I opted for 2 to 4 day shipping and 3 days later I had the camera in hand. I couldn't be any happier with the camera that I recieved (Brand New in Factory retail box)or the service that I recieved from Zip Zoomfly. I would recommend them to anyone! "

"I ordered Rebel XSi from zipzoomfly. When I saw the ratings first, I was a bit hesitant. But I decided to take my chances as the price is too good. The package came on time and is good. I am happy with my order.

From the other reviews what I observed is, the problem is coming only when there is a need to return/replace the product.

I hope zipzoomfly will review their return/replace policies to be more customer friendly. If they do it, they will definitely have an edge over other sellers."
