"WORST ON WEB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered my PSU on 1/26 wasn't shipped out until 2/4. I wanted to cancel the order and was never allowed to do so. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. Biggest headache in the world. I only recieved reply from them after I sent 6-7 emails. and the reply was VERY RUDE. I ended up keeping the part because it is the one I really wanted and I sold the one I got from Newegg (on time btw and w/ out hassle) to a friend in dire need. I also did not want to take the chance on having to deal with their apparently pre-1945 Germanesque return department and policies. DO NOT ORDER FROM ZZF! DO NOT ORDER FROM ZZF! YOU WILL BE SORRY! YOU WILL BE SORRY! I am not usually hard on companies but 100 dollars is a lot to many of the people in the country. THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!"

"I must say that paying for overnight shipping, while fairly inexpensive, does not make sense, since the processing time was three business days. In addition, they do not update their order status very quickly, and their shipment notification comes out in the middle of the night. Great deals, but do not purchase if you are in a hurry."

"The most horrible online ordering experience I've ever experienced. I inadvertently ordered the inccorect memory set (the part # was off by a digit), and about an hour later when I realized my mistake, I tried to cancel it online but couldn't. They were out of stock on the part that I wanted, so I called the customer service number to cancel the order and was told it was all set (this was a Friday night). I checked the order status on Monday and saw that it was out for shipment. When I called again, I was told that the order had been reinstated and it was being packaged and coulnd't be cancelled and that I would be given an RMA for it. I had to call every day for a week, until the day before it was supposed to be delivered and finally threaten to refuse delivery and call my credit card company for them to send me the RMA information - each time having to leave a message because nobody ever answers the phone, and getting a callback at around 8PM EST. I was also told that I would not have to pay their standard restocking fee because they were in error. The package was immediately returned to them and after the week-long processing, my credit card was only credited 85% of the purchase price - so much for taking responsibility for their mistakes. I finally called my credit card company and explained the situation and they got me the remainder of the refund. It took almost 2 months to get everything straightened out with them. If you are thinking of ordering with ZZF, DON'T! Save yourself the aggravation."

"RUN! DO NOT WALK FROM THIS VENDOR! I bought the heaviest (steel heat sinks), most expensive ($939 for 4 rimms) memory from ZZF AND THEY SHIPPED IT IN NOTHING BUT 2X TOO BIG PLASTIC LINED ENVELOPE! Opening the bag, I realized they sent me someone elses RMA, as the plastic cases were already ripped open. Sure enough, it did not work for me either! I contacted the FRAUD dept of my credit card co. and complained of my victimization. 2 RMA requests went unanswered. I had to send it back without one. WE NEED TO PUT THESE RIP OFFS OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!"

"our Company needed to setup an RMA for a motherboard. We did so. mailed it back to Zipzoomfly. They said it was damaged, refunded us $20.00 when the board cost $60. and we have left over 10 voice mails asking for a return call and never got one. "

"Well, I like their prices, but I tell you what they are sooooo slow. Its a PCI express graphics card, which said "in stock". I was so excited about the price of the card, and 2 day Fedex delivery was only 1.99. However, all that excitement gradually went away as I waited day after day after day for them to actually ship it to me. It took 4 days for them to ship me this card. That's 4 full business days, for just one in stock graphics card. After the 2nd day it still said "processing", so I called them, and the guy said , "oh ok, well I will go ahead and approve the order and it will ship today". Well, then it moved to "packed" status for two more days, and then finally shipped. OMG, I will not order from them again. 2 full business days to process, 2 more full business days to pack it...LOL they must get paid by the hour regardless of productivity."

"It took too long for Zip Zoom Fly to ship my order. I placed the order on a Thursday evening, and it was not shipped until the following Wednesday, even though all of the items were in stock. For all of Friday and Monday, the order status stayed in "Processing". For all of Tuesday, it said "Packed", but not shipped. Finally, it was shipped on Wednesday. They are too slow. In contrast, my other stuff from Newegg and Amazon that I ordered at the same time, with the same 2-day shipping option, already arrived on Monday and Tuesday, respectively. Next time when I need something, I definitely would look at other stores first."

"I can't imagine anyone ordering from these folks more than once. Expecting my package to arrive 2nd-Day, when I checked my order status 4 days (2 business) after placing my order I found that it still had not shipped. I called, was told of a delay & that since I needed the item immediately before leaving on a trip it would be upgraded to Overnight. Late the next day I received email indicating that it had gone out 2nd Day, not Overnight. It will now not arrive until after I depart, @ least 1-week after I purchased an in-stock item, & paid for 2nd Day shipping. The first CS rep I dealt with was great -- though what she said would happen did not. The 2nd CS rep was quite rude, a voice mail message left for her supervisor remains unanswered. It may be under $200 to them, but they won't be seeing it from me in the future."

"I will never buy from this company again! I ordered a Apricorn Universal upgrade hard drive kit, which I never received. They said they sent it by Fed-EX and it arrived here on the 23rd of Jan. I talked to our Fed-EX driver yesterday (1-30/07) and he said that he has made no deliveries here until yesterday. That delivery was my wife's meds. We have had the same driver for six years and I believe him over a company that I have only dealt with this one time.I called zipzoomfly's customer service that same day and their representative told me that it would take them 4 to 6 weeks to file a claim against Fed-Ex. Why should I have to waiting that long to get what I ordered from them? There is a rebate on the item that I ordered from them that will expire long before that. Their representative wanted me to reorder the item while they filed their claim against Fed-Ex. I ask you is this fair!? I have had business with a company like this before and this is how they make their money. Should I say fr**d or is that to harsh? I want what I ordered and I want it now. I gave them five days from yesterday to correct the problem before I contact my credit card comapny and protest their charges against my credit card"

"Zipzoomfly has been getting progressively worse over time. I have been buying from them for several years and although their prices are ok, their customer service is virtually non-existent. My latest problem with them is I have been trying for over 20 days just to get them to respond to an RMA request for a defective product that I sent to them. Emails, online complaint forms, phone calls - all go ignored. In the future, unless they are the only seller that has a particular item, I will buy from somewhere else."
