"I ordered 2 things this weekend. OCZ memory from zipzoomfly.com and Motherboard from newegg.com. I received the newegg order today (wednesday) and I received the e-mail for shipping from zipzoomfly today. Slow processing, impossible to reach them by phone. Although the price was good for the RAM."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT!! Second time I ordered from them. First time waited to my order 7 days with no info from customer service. After cancellation two 24" monitors were still shipped. This time it's been 7 days since order was placed. Status says "processing", no answer to my emails, voice messages, phone calls. "

"Have bought from them before and am still buying from them. They did a wonderful and fairly quick job on my RMA motherboard. Good customer service and great deals. If you have not checked them out before, please do. Looking at other sites (such as Newegg.com) my computer would have cost 200-400 dollars more."

"I received the item quickly, but before I opened the box I realized that I no longer needed the item. I asked for a return authorization, and they told me that they would charge a 15% restocking fee even though the item was still sealed in its retail box. Terrible return policy. The fee would be $45 for the $300 item! Not acceptable."

"I ordered an ASUS P5W64 WS Professional mobo from Zipzoomfly, they had the cheapest price in stock at the time, and their "shipped" prices are always attractive. Ordering was painless, I received the item with no problems and it functioned properly. The board and packaging / accessories were all brand new. I ordered from them back in the day when they were googlegear and had a positive experience as well. I would have ordered more items from them but they were out of stock of some of the components I needed. Will definitely use them again."

"First time buyer. I was a litlle sceptical before buying from zipzoomfly.com but checked the ratings at resellerratings.com and decided to give it a try. zipzoomfly had the lowest price of the memory I was looking for + MIR so I ordered it. The order was processed really fast and it was shipped within 24hr. Can't beat free shipping! The 2nd day FedEx is only $2. Highly recommended store will buy from them again deffinetely. "I was very happy with the purchase.

Pros:
1. Excellent price (best with shipping and no tax applied from a reputable seller).
2. Easy to find product and order. The website was easy to navigate (not quote as easy as some that offer user ratings on the products, but still good).
3. Easy to track order. Direct tracking link from the Zipzoomfly website.
4. Items received in perfect condition and in the time expected. Ordered a Samsung 204BW on Jan 17, with the free super saver shipping the monitor arrived in the morning of Jan 24.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: The free super saver shipping is a bit slow (Fedex Ground seems to sit on the package for days until they hit the max 5 day delivery time), but this is still within the times advertised by the seller.

"IF YOU CHOOSE TO BUY FROM ZZF, NOTE THAT IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DOA OR FAILS, DON'T EXPECT A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. Here's what happens when I submitted an RMA request to ZZF (Notice the info they asked for is in the original email I sent!) Talk about delay tactic. Need I say more? (Also note that I got this useless reply *3 days* after I emailed them.) Edit: It's been more than a week now and I have not heard from them. This is after two RMA requests submitted via their website, and two RMA requests submitted by email more than a week ago.

I submitted an RMA request from your website on 1/19 but have not received a response yet. This is causing me a lot of inconvenience as I'm not able to use my laptop for work.
