"I enrolled ina service plan in April 2019. Fortunately, I have not needed service. I have only had one inspection of the furnace - heat. I did not receive an A/C inspection last year. After calls in May and June for the 2020 A/C inspection, I was able in July to schedule an inspection for August. The inspection was not immediately scheduled but took some negotiation to get a manager to make an exception. Had this exception not been made I feel that the A/C inspection would have been pushed into September or later. This inspection policy is inconsistent with what is expected iof a service plan."

"Doable cause I dont have a choice having a warranty with BG&E Home but giving technician hours of 8:00am to 10:30pm and no rush on really hot days.Also found out the issue was a temporary fix that was never followed up on and the 1st crew did a quick fix on one issue and not all issues with the transformer. You should have some type of notification with issues with the grid before it causes us problems."
