"We had a gas leak, bge assisted us in locating that leak. We reached out to bge home, to provide plumbing service to repair the leaking line.During the first call, we were told someone would be at our home between now and 6pm; therefore my husband took off work. Hours later, BGE home called my husband's phone and stated that we owed money to bge home. The representative then stated that within the notes it explained the money was no longer owed because customer denied service. Later, another representative called my phone and stated that a technician could not come due to needing permits and we would receive 15% following day. Hours later, a different representative calls my phone, stating we owe money from 2013-2016,( we do not). In the mean time, we had a different company corrected our issues within 1 hr of contacting them.I have since located paid bills from previous service, and also have notes of speaking to Crystal on 8/2/2016 proving we do not owe.Unacceptable experienc"
"Not happy at all. Electrically problem shutting off power to bathrooms and it takes 3 days to get someone. Then, they can't determine the problem because it's one tech and he needs assistance which he can't have so it's going to take THREE MORE WEEKS BEFORE HE CAN RETURN! And I'm paying for BGE Home monthy to provide service and have been paying for this service for years. Twice I've needed BGE Home and it's always the same thing - an unreasonable length of time. I'm very close to ending this and finding another company which can perform the services to which I've been paying."
