"The appt time needs to be a shorter window instead of 12-8. The tech did not get to me until 7:30pm and this was both times a tech came out. A shorter time frame can allow the customer to do things if needed. I stayed home all day just to see he arrived at 7:30pm. I am glad he came and so far my ac is working fine."
"Requested a specific technician and a time (Ryan and 12-6). At 10:00 got a call from a different technician saying he was in his way. My husband who was presenting on a zoom meeting had to move from his basement office to the dining room in the middle of his meeting so that he could finish it without having the technician out n the background and not hear him working. When I tried using the website to schedule the first time, NOTHING, not even the equipment, I entered was the right one on the call email. This time I spoke to a person and still nothing is what was requested. We changed meetings to adjust to the appointment time of 12-6 that we requested. Now I have to bring another technician up to speed on the issues we were having with our ac which Ryan told me did not make sense and he wasn’t sure this would fix the issue but wanted to try."
