I had to call again the next morning and had to wait two days for the plumber to fix the problem. I have already cancelled my appliance contract with BGE Home for the very same reason and may soon cancel my plumbing contract with you. I am very dissatisfied with your service."
"They always say they put instructions in the NOTES, but then deny they are there or are incorrect. It is unreasonable to have individuals wait for 10 hours at their home for service; much narrower windows or alert calls: eg call 30-45 minutes before arriving should be the protocol"
