"The part for my Kia Optima mirror did not match AT ALL! Then when I went to return it they don’t even give you an option to get your money back. It’s ridiculous. Waste of $20 (including the $8 for shipping) Waste of time and money; avoid using this website. Totally fraudulent!"
"I ordered a brake drum for my 1998 Ford F250, but noticed that the drum I ordered online was 8-lug vs. 7-lug. When I called customer service to cancel the order, she was able to do it within 1-2 minutes with email verification almost immediately.
She then transferred me to the parts department and the correct part was located and ordered, again with email confirmation even before we completed the call.

The Blower Motor was delivered on the 20th of January while the Blower Motor Resistor has an estimated delivery on the 22nd via UPS Mail Innovation. We have to allow UPS Mail Innovation 3-5 business days to deliver the package since this is a collaboration between UPS and USPS. We have forwarded this issue as well to our Shipping Team for further investigation.
In line with this, we will process a rebate on your account. Said rebate will be processed within 24-48 business hours and posting will depend on your bank. Please let me know if you are willing to wait for the part and are amenable to the rebate.

"Was supposed to arrive on 1/16. After that day had come and gone they changed the date to 1/22. As of 1/19, USPS has still not received the package. Take your time, it’s not like my car needs a door handle anyway. I should have paid a few extra dollars and Amazon would have delivered it the next day. "
