Above and Beyond Customer Care

"I recently returned some parts (wheel hubs mistakenly ordered for a 4WD when I needed them for a 2WD) I had left them on my workbench for almost a month and they had some slight surface rust. I wasn't sure they would be accepted as a return and they weren't. The customer advocate let me know that I would have to pay shipping to get them back. The warehouse is only about ten miles from me so I asked if I couldn't just go pick them up as I didn't have the $$ to pay for shipping. The answer was "no" but the customer advocate had them shipped to me at no charge. Took what started as a poor experience into a good experience. It was all done through email and even though it took a little while the customer advocate always responded promptly and was very courteous!"
