"The 1st order I placed, the system changed my ZIP CODE only. My whole address was correct and the system changed my ZIP code so I contacted the carrier and they said they just need authorization from carparts.com to change it. I contacted carparts.com to correct it but they said the carrier doesn't allow it. Come to find out, carparts.com just didn't want to do it because there is fee associated with that. So I had to cancel and refund my order and place a new one. The new one WAS LOST. It was supposed to be delivered Thursday Dec. 21st 2023 and today is the 23nd and no movement on tracking at all, carparts is saying the carrier picked it up on the 19th and the carrier says it has not been scanned in to their depot. I cancelled and purchased elsewhere. Carparts.com is definitely NOT worth it. "
