"The employee was very helpful and patient as he had to call me back (3) times to complete the order because of my lack of computer skills; he would start again where I made a mistake and further explain how to finish the order. Without his continued help I would not have been successful.

There was a product description error on the website.

"I ordered a 12 piece leaf spring and shackle bushing kit. But I received a 6 piece bushing kit. Customer service was pleasant to work with. They gave me a $10 discount on the product!"

I tried to cancel my order but site had no option

"I order a product late Saturday night, but then tried to cancel my order but site had no option. So I thought doing a return request would be the same since I just put in the order and thought you guys would see the return and cancel the order. I guess not. I messaged you guys Sunday afternoon, and customer service said it’s too late to cancel. This is ridiculous and make the whole online service terrible. How do you guys not have a cancel order process online? It’s 2023, canceling an order should be as easy has pressing a button. Now customer service is saying I will lose out on $17 for shipping because I could cancel my order in time. "
