Service after the sale ****

"Called in to get some answers on the installation of the parts I ordered- no one had a clue was transferred 4 times and then they gave me a number for the installation service - when I started to describe the question they transferred me to a post call survey and then it hung up. Called that number back and they said I had to talk to the guy who hung up the previous call and that he was calling me right back. Needless to say no call back. Dont expect any support from these guys...."

Disappointing Experience: Missing Parts and Damaged Items on Arrival

"Ordering from this company was a regrettable decision. The package arrived in a deplorable state, ripped apart and clumsily sealed with packaging tape. The inside was devoid of any protective packing, causing the contents to jostle around and get damaged by the front bumper I had ordered. Adding to the frustration, the electric fan I needed was entirely missing. This experience was a total letdown. For those seeking an alternative to Amazon for parts, I advise continuing your search.

Update 12/4/2023- Customer support straightened everything out, refunded me for the part that broke, communicated that the part that I was missing was sent in a different package but that it was delayed. So while there my be some areas of opportunities as far as the logistics, the price is right and the customer support has authority to handle these problems without placing me on a daisy chain of holds. Go for it, order the part.

"At first I placed my order and it came through wrong. There is no way to contact them to correct it-no email or customer service phone number in the confirmation. Very disappointing. What’s the weather, I was able to reach someone and they were very helpful and took care of it immediately. I also got a follow up email from the company. Recommended and will use them again."
